Very quiet with great views

Forget your worries in this spacious and quiet space. Located at 460 m above sea level 4 km from the village of Sankt Paul in the Lavanttal surrounded by forest and meadows in the beautiful Granitztal. The house is located at the end of a street so there is no traffic noise. A living room with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet are available. In front of the entrance is a terrace with table and armchairs, as well as 100m² meadow fenced (ideal for dogs).

Between the town Klagenfurt and the lake Wörthersee, our home is situated in a quiet residential area 6 km from Klagenfurt center and 3km from the beautiful Wörthersee. It is also a good spot for winter holidays (ice-skating 10-15 Minutes away, Ski-Resorts 30-60 Minutes away). The distance to the Italian and Slowenian border is about 40 to 50 minutes by car, Venice and the Mediterranean Sea can be reached within 2,5 hours from here. Daytrip to Ljubljana (90km away) is also a good option!

Our guesthouse is centrally located yet quiet. Located on the outskirts of Villach - Goritschach, it offers direct views of the surrounding mountains and is still only a few minutes drive from the historic old town, shopping opportunities and seemingly endless leisure opportunities. Your holiday accommodation is 50sqm large, lovingly furnished and consists of a large bedroom / living room with double bed and sofa bed and separate kitchen with dining area and small shower room.

The house consists of 4 bedrooms with 4 double beds and 2 single beds. You will love my place because it is in the middle of the ski resort, because of the kitchen, high ceilings, coziness, the view. My accommodation is good for couples, families (with children), large groups and furry friends (pets). (!!! no summer card possible at this house!!!) In the house there is only a public W-Lan, but that is also limited use! For each pet €15,- / night have to be paid!
