quiet location in a small mountain village at 850 m above sea level. At the farm there is a herd of mugs, which is kept on the surrounding pasture in the summer and in the playpen during the winter. The whole farm consists of an old farmhouse from the Middle Ages, a stable building from 1734, the new house, a hall, a small house and this new apartment. At the farm there is an arrow arch trail with 50 3D animals in the forest and meadows, it is the most beautiful far and wide!

The property is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Graz. Thanks to good connections, you can quickly get to town, but still live completely in the countryside with a garden and natural pond. Attractions such as the Schlossberg or the Graz landmark of the clock tower are within walking distance and are easily accessible by car or public transport. The place is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

The high quality equipped "Chalet" is located in the middle of southern Styria. Located on a hill in Sausal, with a fantastic view of the vineyards and the surrounding hills of southern Styria to Slovenia. The two-storey chalet has on the first floor a living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, fireplace stove, Smart & SAT TV, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for 4 persons, and a bathroom with toilet and shower.

Our small farm shop with chilled drinks and a 12m long pool with lounge complete the offer. Only 4 minutes to the Loipersdorf spa!

Varm farm - the vegan farm

In the shared garden, the 3 medium-sized dogs move freely at all times. We therefore recommend a stay only to people who are animal- or dog-loving. For this reason, children can only be welcomed from a young age and pets only by prior arrangement. In Sankt Martin im Sulmtal, the holiday home "Lebenshof Varm - die vegane Farm" offers an excellent view of the mountains.

Apartment Landgrave Übelbach

The apartment consists of a double room, an extra walk-in room with 2 single beds, an anteroom, separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace to the garden. It is accessible by stairs from the parking lot. Breakfast must be ordered separately, it costs €10,- per person. Local tax €2.50 per person must be paid in cash on site.

We are happy to help you transport your suitcases into the apartment.
