Wörthersee - Apartment 44

The apartment (26m²) on the 3rd floor with a cozy balcony and a direct view of Lake Wörthersee/Pyramidenkogel is located between Pörtschach and Velden and directly on the cycle path that leads around Lake Wörthersee. It offers easy accessibility by car, bus and train (approx. 100m). The grocery store (approx. 20m) is open daily in summer. Just a few minutes' walk away there are free beaches with changing rooms and one with a snack bar. Wörthersee Plus Card with beach resort package included.

Garden loft on the Mur

The garden loft is located in the center of Murau, directly on the Murpromenade. On 2 floors (approx. 80 qm) it offers a spacious living, dining and 2 sleeping areas. Highlights are the continuous glass front with a view of the Mur and the garden, as well as the covered terrace with lounge area and dining table. On the 1st floor is the master bedroom (double bed, incl. door). On the 2nd floor are more sleeping possibilities: 1 double bed and 2 single beds (bunk bed) - both in the open space.

Well kept throughout the decades by our family, it is a place which makes you feel at home, in a peaceful and relaxing environment that offers the ideal atmosphere and amenities whether you wish to adventure on the mountains, stay in for a barbecue, go for a stroll over the nearby hills, go for a quick dip in the stream, home-office with a beautiful view, or even just disconnect and enjoy the surrounding nature.

Enjoy your Graz stay in this beautiful apartment, equipped with stove, fridge with freezer, tableware and cookware, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, blender, etc.). This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

Gradisch Forester's Lodge

The Gradisch forest house was renovated to the highest standard in 2022. Short driving times to the Carinthian ski resorts: Gerlitzen 20 minutes; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 minutes; Turracherhöhe 35 minutes and to Lake Wörthersee and Lake Ossiach each 15 minutes. The large Zirbenstube as well as the pool heated with geothermal energy, a small sauna, the designer kitchen and a pool table are the highlights of this house.

Rafael Kaiser Residence

Genieße in der Natur und schalte ab – in dieser stilvollen Landhausvilla Murtal direkt am Waldrand und an einer Skipiste gelegen. Umgeben von Natur und Pferden hört man den vorbeirauschenden Bach direkt neben dem Haus. Das Highlight der Villa sind ein klassischer finnischer Saunabereich, offener Kamin, Whirlpool (April-September), Heimkino und Schlafplätze für bis zu 12 Personen.

Schauflerhof is surrounded by nature. You can walk all over and enjoy it. We have playgrounds and other things. In the apartment, you have two bedrooms, a toilet with shower, a little kitchen and a sleeping couch. There is floor heat all over. So it is perfect when you want to be close to the nature and still have a normal bed and toilet. Smoking is not allowed indoor.
