The vacation home is divided into three separately divided apartments, each of which has a bathroom, toilet, air conditioning, kitchen, terrace, a separate entrance and access to the pool. The apartments can be rented individually, or the whole house. In this listing, the entire property of 180 m² is rented for a maximum of 10 people. The Gradisch forest house was renovated to the highest standard in 2022. Short driving times to the Carinthian ski resorts: Gerlitzen 20 minutes; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 minutes; Turracherhöhe 35 minutes and to Lake Wörthersee and Lake Ossiach each 15 minutes. The large Zirbenstube as well as the pool heated with geothermal energy, a small sauna, the designer kitchen and a pool table are the highlights of this house.
