Mr. Gan was incredibly friendly and helpful, always quick to respond to any questions. He even allowed us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. The house was spotless and very well-maintained. The kitchen came fully equipped with a large fridge, a water filter, and plenty of cooking utensils—including both electric and portable stoves, plus pans, plates, and glasses all in great condition. The bathroom was a highlight—beautifully designed, clean, with hot water, and stocked with shampoo, hand soap, and body wash. I absolutely loved it! The bedroom was equally impressive: super comfy bed, soft sheets, pillows, and a cozy comforter made for a great night’s sleep. The balcony offered a stunning view overlooking the river and city center. Parking was convenient, located close to the lift. There were eateries just a short walk away, and it was easy to order GrabFood as well. There's even a nice little café on the ground floor that serves light meals. Overall, highly recommended

The unit is cosy and clean, with all the basic amenities provided. It would be even better if a drinking water filter system were available. Nic was very responsive to my messages, which made the communication smooth. Do note that the parking bay is on Level 5, and the route to the lot is quite narrow — something to consider if you’re driving a larger vehicle.
