Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Subic Bay

Yes. This is my 2nd review of the property. And because we were so petrified by the airbnbs in the south. I couldn’t book the 2nd night in subic right away. I had to see for myself. Can you imagine, my south booking in Cavite. The host actually asked for a 5 star rating and out of pity I just rated them 4 because they said the 3 stars would affect their business. Ugh!!!! Terrible. I never encountered a single problem with this wonderful property. The hosts were super nice and chill. The place is so nice it will be your goal to come back to it over and over again. Yes it’s that nice. Beautiful interior, generous free snacks on the table. Spotless floors.. you can really walk barefoot here. High quality kitchen necessities unselfishly equipped. Don’t think twice, you’ll regret it. Book if it’s available.

This Airbnb was exactly as described—no surprises, just a fantastic stay! The place was spotless and well-maintained, with complete appliances that made everything super convenient. Water pressure was excellent, and the air conditioning was ice cold in all the rooms, which was perfect for the weather. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. It truly felt like a home away from home and was worth every penny. There are also plenty of things to do in the area, making it ideal for families and groups of friends. Honestly, the only downside was that one day just wasn’t enough to enjoy everything this place has to offer. Highly recommend!

Heidi is a great host. She is friendly, she see to it that we have everything what we need. Her place is nice and clean. The rooms are big enough to accommodate big family or group. I’m happy that we were able to bring my son who is PWD because the house has a bedroom on the ground floor. We slept well, the rooms are big, beds are big and comfy. We will definitely stay in this property again. It’s really a “home away from home”. It is highly recommended! Thanks Airbnb for having Heidi’s place. Thanks a lot Heidi.

The caretaker was lovely, she gave us instructions and showed us around the house, even helped us set up the barbecue. We had an issue with a blocked toilet, that she fixed right away. She was one sms away if we needed something. The place is grand! The only downside is that it is a bit of a walk to the beach (but there is a golf cart that we can use). This also means that when at the beach, you don't have access to amenities. Overall a lovely home 😊

This is probably the most peaceful and quiet place we've ever booked. People in the area are nice and helpful. The host is quick to respond. The LPG suddenly ran out and it was replaced in a matter of minutes after I messaged Karen. The house was clean and we appreciate the appliances it has such as the hot/cold dispenser and washer. I love that the house has everything that are actually functioning and not just for the photo description.

The place is perfect for family. It is close to restaurants and mall. you can also cook because the place is complete with kitchen utensils.the owner is very helpful and accommodating.i will book again this place when we go back to olongapo.thank you very much

What you see in the photos is exactly what you'll get—accurate description of the place and surroundings. Kuya Bernie the caretaker, is very easy to talk to and accommodating, same with the owner. The neighbors are also friendly, which made the stay even more pleasant. Everything went well overall. If I may suggest, it would be great to add a few more kitchen utensils like a bottle opener and can opener, and consider replacing the knives for better use. All in all, it was a good experience. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. This place is perfect for those who love nature views and a peaceful, less crowded atmosphere. Leilani is an exceptional host, truly hands-on, which made our stay unforgettable. The unit itself is incredibly cozy, and we will definitely book here again the next time we visit Subic.

Such a great stay with my 18 month old daughter. Dana was very accommodating and responsive to all my request. The location was great. Walking distance to a lot of great spots in the area. Highly recommend this place and would definetly come back and book again

We had a wonderful stay at Virginia’s place! The home is clean, spacious, and very well maintained. It was easy to find, and Virginia provided clear, helpful instructions that made check-in a breeze. One of the best parts for us was that it’s pet-friendly — it was such a relief to bring our furbaby along. The high-speed internet was also a huge plus, especially for working remotely. Virginia was an excellent host, very responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this spot!

The unit is clean and spacious enough for four guests to sleep at. Kitchen amenities enable guests to cook a full meal. Parking lot is spacious.

The stay was great overall. The place was just as described, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. However, something to improve is the cooking ware for replacement. Overall, I recommend this place to anyone to stay and experience the Anvaya.

The place was spacious; it comfortably fit 6 adults and 1 child with lots of room for play and personal space. The balcony had a beautiful view of the sunset, as well as the greenery, which was very peaceful. Hans is a wonderful host; he responded to our inquiries promptly and ensured that coordination with the club front desk went smoothly for beach club access. We enjoyed the pools, the beach, the restaurants, the gym, the shuttle service, and we enjoyed watching our daughter make friends as she played in the kiddie indoor playground. We enjoyed our trip to Anvaya.

Please atleast provide hand soap and shampoo if possible.

Had a wonderful stay at Dan’s! The unit was clean, well-maintained, and truly value for money. Check-in was seamless, and the staff all over the vicinity were incredibly helpful. The only minor downside was having just one toilet and bath, but everything else more than made up for it. Overall, a fantastic stay. Would recommend! 👍

The place is located on the 2nd floor and thus it was a bit challenging for me to bring all of the stuff into our room considering i have a knee problem. But overall, we enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was nice and cozy. They also provided complimentary bottled water and snacks to enjoy. The place is close by and accessible to Duty-Free, Harbor Point, and Pier One. Communication-wise, April responded right away to any questions we had about our accommodation. 🇵🇭🤘
