Studio apartment in the historic center of Naples a few steps from Garibaldi station attached to one of the oldest Neapolitan castles Castel Capuano. The studio is on the ground floor and is equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge , TV. There is free Wi-Fi for all our guests !!! From Laura's suite you can quickly reach all the most important sites in Naples 20 meters away. There is a tourist bus stop, less than 400 meters from the metro, ideal for getting around!

Bright apartment of 100 square meters recently renovated, located on the third floor of an old building without elevator, located in the heart of the Spanish Quarters, a few steps from the historic center. The house consists of: 3 double rooms with private bathroom, common kitchen/living area, laundry room with washing machine available to guests, terrace equipped with 130 sqm with built-in kitchen and direct access from the house and view of the roofs of Naples, Vesuvius and the Certosa of San Martino.

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

In Villam is a newly built apartment where each area is extremely stylish and modern. You can also take advantage of an outdoor area for pet and a baby cot is available on request. In Villam è un appartamento di nuova costruzione, ogni angolo è arredato con estremo gusto ed eleganza. Potrete usufruire di un'area esterna dedicata agli animali domestici e su richiesta vi sarà fornita anche una culla per neonati.inoltre sarà possibile organizzare gite in barca per Capri e la costiera Amalfitana

The Holiday Home is located in a secure private residence, a few steps from the center of Pompeii and the archaeological excavations and the Sanctuary and the main means of transport. The Holiday Home inaugurated in May 2023 is equipped with private covered parking and a common garden. Inside the house you will find all the main comforts including a complete functional kitchen and a laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer, you can also dry on the terrace in the open air.
