From Pako's suite you can quickly reach all the most important sites in Naples 20 meters away. There is a tourist bus stop, less than 400 meters from the metro, ideal for getting around!

Bright apartment of 100 square meters recently renovated, located on the third floor of an old building without elevator, located in the heart of the Spanish Quarters, a few steps from the historic center. The house consists of: 3 double rooms with private bathroom, common kitchen/living area, laundry room with washing machine available to guests, terrace equipped with 130 sqm with built-in kitchen and direct access from the house and view of the roofs of Naples, Vesuvius and the Certosa of San Martino.

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

The apartment, located on the third floor, is cozy and comfortable as well as consisting of a salon-living room with a balcony. The living room has a window and a sofa bed. There is a double bedroom with balcony and two single bedrooms with windows and a bathroom equipped with a bathtub with shower arm. The house is airy and sunny, while the building is in great condition.
