Holiday rentals with beach access in Suchitepéquez Department

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Le logement est splendide avec une très belle vue sur le lac. Les extérieurs ainsi que la plage privée sont plein de charmes. A consommer sans modération !!

At first it was a little difficult to find the place, but this was because we did not follow the instructions sent by Whats App where we were told that we should contact Adolfo. After we did it, everything was relatively easy and the house seemed like an excellent option to share with the family. Great views, peacefully and a good relaxing place. Adolfo was a great guy, he helped us with everything we needed. Al principio fue un poquito dificil encontrar el lugar, pero esto debido a que no seguimos las instrucciones que fueron enviadas por whats app donde se nos indicaba que debiamos comunicarnos con Adolfo, despues que lo hicimos todo fue relativamente facil y la casa nos parecio una excelente opcion para compartir en familia. Muy bonitas vistas, un lugar lleno de paz bueno para relajarse. Adolfo fue un buen muchacho que nos ayudo en todo lo que necesitamos.

Excelente lugar para descansar, con una vista espectacular. EXPERIENCIA: Al llegar a la ubicación hay que subir unas gradas para entrar al apartamento, unas 45 gradas en un callejoncito por lo que no aconsejaría llevar a alguien con problemas de movilidad, el lugar vale mucho la pena, hay tiendas de barrio y un restaurante cerca, el apartamento es super limpio y ordenado, cuenta con todo tipo de amenidades, sala de estar, churrasquera, fogata, sartenes, estufa, microondas, refri, agua pura, televisión, camas limpias, sábanas, toallas, sanitarios y duchas super limpios, comedor, todo 10/10. VIAJE: Recomiendo viajar hasta Panajachel y de allí buscar la ubicación, esta a unos 20 minutos, recomiendo hacer super en Panajachel. ANFITRION: Estupenda atención, siempre respondió y estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada y salida. Definitivamente volveremos, felicidades al anfitrión por su atención y tener impecable el apartamento, saludos.

Jose Cottage was more than the description! Its a beautiful home with a, huge garden (even though its shared its divided so you’ll get the privacy you want), the doc and house on the lake is private as well. The rooms are nice and clean, and the kitchen and hangout areas are perfect for a big group. The service from Jose quick responses and flexibility to the service from Jaime and Ana was incredible. If you pay Ana’s Fee you wont regret it, waking up to a clean kitchen and living space without doing the work yourself on vacation is priceless. Couldn’t rate it any better! 10/10 Note. When we went the neighbors where remodeling their house so there was some sound but the property is so big you wont notice it 👍🏼

The house and location are beautiful. The groundskeeper is always available and willing to help, checking on us on a daily basis. The host provided tour services and was very communicative. The house is clean but there is some room for improvement. Please note: the house has a lot of steps/stairs, which is typical on a lake front property around Atitlan, but if you are traveling with an elderly group or disable guest, I would suggest staying at a hotel with accessible amenities. That said, we enjoyed our stay here, the views, amenities, and hot tub. PS: This is our second time in Atitlan, and we felt the prices of several services have gone up by a large margin (laundry services, home made meals, transportation (boat and Tuk Tuk), tours). Prices are going up globally so we expected a change but not as much. Expect to pay a tourist tax but pay attention. As a family, we support the local economy, and are aware and okay with paying extra but nobody likes feeling taken advantage of.

Anderson super atento y siempre respondió a cualquier duda...gracias amigo. la casa nos gustó mucho adrmas de tener todo lo basico el plus la vista de la terraza al lago, la tranquilidad y cerca de el centro y lugares turísticos y comerciales del lugar....recomendable...volveria

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful house, and I have to say, Adolfo was an exceptional host. From the moment we arrived, he made sure everything was perfect for us. His hospitality was above and beyond, offering helpful recommendations, answering any questions we had, and making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The house itself was gorgeous, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. Adolfo's kindness and attentiveness really made our family’s trip memorable, and we are so grateful for his help. Highly recommend!

La vista es espectacular, y la ubicación perfecta para rumbear y cerca del muelle. Kenny es el mejor host! Nos organizó un tour de todo el día para conocer San Pedro y el mismo nos acompañó para explicarnos todo.

We stayed here for 8 nights around Semana Santa. The place was perfectly located. 5 min walk to Pana Dock. It was set way back off the main road so fairly quiet. Fans were in bedrooms so that got rid of most noise. Quietest place I’ve ever stayed at in San Pedro. Lock made it super easy to get into . We liked the two bedrooms upstairs from main roam and doors opened up to a beautiful area to sit and see the lake. Angelica was the most responsive host I’ve ever had. We had some minor issues and they were fixed immediately. Kitchen was nicely stocked. The water was refilled before we even asked. Highly recommend. We will for sure stay here again .
