Welcome to our beautiful house in Nettleham. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. The house is a perfect place to relax with large living room space and offers a television and internet access. Local amenities: Co-op groceries shop, local take away shops (Pizza, Chinese, Greek2Me), local friendly pubs, bus stop in front of the house, pharmacy, barber shop, flower shop, coffee shop. 10 minutes drive to Lincoln Historical City (Lincoln Cathedral, Lincoln Castle). 15 minutes drive to Lincoln Train Station. This house has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. The second bedroom contains a king size bed. The bathroom has a toilet and sink and a bath. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are parking facilities available close to the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property.

The Stables is a beautifully converted Grade 11 listed building within the spacious garden walls of our home in Nettleham. It still retains many of the original features; a perfect retreat to enjoy a relaxing break away. Only 2 miles from the historic city of Lincoln, with easy acess to the city within 15 minutes. There is also safe, private parking on site. Within our village, there are 3 lovely pubs serving food, a fish & chip shop, Chinese takeaway and the Co-op store is within 2 minutes.
