had an incredible stay at this Airbnb and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing getaway. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed—including fast Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen, and cozy linens. The bed was extremely comfortable. The host was also outstanding—very communicative, friendly, and thoughtful. They provided helpful local tips and even had a personalized welcome note waiting for me when I arrived, which was such a nice touch. The location was perfect: close enough to everything I wanted to see and do, but still peaceful and quiet in the evenings. I really appreciated the attention to detail, from the soft lighting to the curated local guides and snacks left on the counter for us to enjoy. This stay genuinely felt like a home away from home. I’ll definitely be back!

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the host was amazing. He went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this house for anyone visiting Sudbury. Easy access to Public transport . A dedicated parking space is also available for cad. Kitchen is fully equipped and functional. I appreciate the host for making our stay wonderful. We have got sweet memories in the house . We’ll stay here when we come to Sudbury.

Had a miscommunication about my room number, as our keys were not there (another guest took our room by accident). Host was apologetic, very accommodating, polite and assertive. My partner and I were comfortable and satisfied with the hospitality. Room was clean and was exactly what we expected. Definitely would recommend and/or stay again.

Great place, awesome neighborhood, and quiet area. Nice environment to relax and enjoy yourself. Bed was a little stiff but other than that it was a great stay.

Highly recommend this place. It was beautifully decorated and lots of attention to detail and a wonderful welcome basket. We have family in Sudbury so we plan on staying here many more times in the future.

Centrally located in Hanmer. Modern, spacious and clean.

Highly recommend. Stayed here for an extended amount of time and I have to shout out that Holly was an absolute gem of a host. The condo is in a great location close to all amenities.

Jeff’s place was great! Bright, clean, lots of room. We loved the table and booth-style seating for playing board games. Couch was comfy and there were lots of blankets available to make it cozy. Bed was also very comfortable and plenty of good pillows. Loads of clean towels provided. We did use the hot tub which was nice and hot – a great feature after a long day. Communication was excellent both before and during our stay; everything was easy to find. For those considering booking, be aware you do have to use the door shared with the (very nice) downstairs tenant and then walk around the corner of the house to get to the hot tub – not a big deal!! just something to consider when planning; I’d bring a coverup, some beach towels, and make sure you have sandals for your feet. The hot tub itself is HUGE and very hot; it was awesome and worth the trek! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Jeff as a host and the place as a location; we’d love to stay

Best Air Bnb I’ve been to, felt great to be there, love the way it’s designed. Everything was perfect. Hot tub is nice and warm, they have almost everything to cook with. Bonus items in fridge and snacks. Great experience!

The space was really nice. Everything inside was as described. It was well furnished and we enjoyed using the pool table. Beds were comfortable, rooms extremely clean and everyone LOVED the pillows. Parking was right in front. The area is a bit run down but we had no problems and felt very safe. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the hot tub as there was some broken glass and a large cabinet blocking the stairs. Also, the outlets in the basement did not work. Overall a good stay
