Simply, surrounded by rare birdsong, invigorating trees and good air, you can recover here in the best possible way and sustainably. The home has a double bed (1.40*2 m), a small kitchen and dining area. Outside are toilet & solar shower (4-10). Hiking, canoeing on the Peene in Loitz, visiting a hay wagon sauna or simply enjoying the place.

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

Cozy apartment on the river Peene

Cozy apartment in Loitz the the river Peene at the harbor. Here you can swim, paddle (and rent canoes) and cycle! The apartment is on the ground floor of a renovated house from 1900 and has its own entrance. The apartment is 56m2 and has a living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed (1 person) in the living room. If required, we can provide an additional air mattress. The apartment is barrier-free and has no thresholds.

Vacation home for 12 people, Baltic Sea with boat and sauna

Our vacation home is close to Greifswald. It is a 220 m² vacation home, right on the water for max. 12 people. Between Stralsund and Greifswald, the islands of Rügen and Usedom with their wide sandy beaches are reachable in 20 minutes by car. A rowing boat and a sauna in the sauna house are available to tenants on site. We offer pure nature and tranquility, no traffic, the location on the water is unique. Our house is particularly suitable for families and groups.

Apartment in the countryside

Enjoy your stay in our cosy holiday apartment in a well-maintained semi-detached house, situated in an idyllic, rural location. Here, you will find the perfect combination of tranquillity, nature and excellent access to the surrounding area. Despite its peaceful location, you can reach the A20 motorway in just 3 minutes – ideal for day trips and flexible travel. The Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Stralsund can each be reached comfortably in around 35 minutes.

Fantastic apartment at Wittenberghof

Relax in this special and quiet space. In a secluded location next to our farm, you will find a very cozy apartment here, in which a large family with grandma and grandpa also feel comfortable. Likewise, two families with children have space to let off steam in the adjacent playground. You will certainly meet our pets, the miniature dachshund Paule, the dog Jule and a few chickens on the farm. In just 20 minutes you are in Stralsund, Greifswald or on Rügen

Arrive and feel at home Our hostel offers space for up to 11 guests – bookable as a group or individually. As a self-catering house with a well-equipped kitchen, the "Alte Heuboden" invites you to linger. A shared dormitory on the upper floor features three double alcoves, two single alcoves, and two comfortable sofa beds. Accessible sleeping options on the ground floor in the shared kitchen. It's still really dark here at night, so you can see the Milky Way.

Forest Villa – holiday home on the Baltic Sea for 9 people

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest, only 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two combinable units. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

In a lovingly renovated, former horse stable from 1900, a cozy apartment awaits you in the middle of the countryside. You are very welcome to use the large garden. The apartment extends over two floors. On the ground floor is a large bedroom with double bed and crib. On the upper floor you will find the spacious living and dining area, another bedroom with two single beds, the kitchen and the bathroom. Two more mattresses are located in the cozy attic.

Alte Försterei

Winter special: ice bathing in the swimming pond at a water temperature of 2 degrees 🥶. The Alte Försterei is located in the middle of nature on the edge of the forest - ideal for enjoying peace and quiet. The apartment is very cozy and open. In the winter, it is particularly nice to enjoy the fire after a trip to Rügen or Usedom. In the evening, in the clear sky, it is worth going outside and admiring the stars in the deep darkness.
