Fantastic place, as pretty as the pictures. Very responsive hosts. View off the back patio over the pool is amazing, a little road noise, but silent inside. Well built and well decorated in an incredibly beautiful stretch of countryside and wineries

What a great place and experience. Wish we'd have stayed longer. A different kind of stay, complete with a beautiful eclectic environment - lush trees, herbs, hills, a few chickens and cats, lost of places to sit around, walk around, sounds of birds and nature - and a nice and interesting host. Looking forward to returning.

We spent a wonderful night in Ralf's houses on the edge of the forest – the location was fantastically quiet and surrounded by nature. Ralf was extremely friendly and warm, you immediately feel welcome. We also particularly liked the animal roommates: five super nice dogs and a cat that made the whole thing even more homely. We really enjoyed the stay and would love to come back. Absolutely recommended!
