Apartment holiday rentals in Südsteiermark

Viktor was very welcoming and the communication was smooth. His apartment is spacious and located just next to the university. I stayed 10 days and would surely be happy to stay again next time I will be in Graz.

What a wonderful stay – the host was absolutely lovely, and the rooms were perfect, not to mention the amazing garden! I felt very much at home and will most likely come again and recommend the apartment.

the house was as shown in the photos. The place is close to the center and there is a nice restaurant nearby. We had no problems. We were satisfied.

For us, the stay at Simon & Yanet's place was very suitable. A pleasant, large room with kitchen, cozy bed and plenty of free space. The apartment has plenty of storage space for your own luggage, is pleasantly warm (winter) and in no way overloaded. We loved the harmonious details such as colored glass balls in the windows at this place. In the immediate vicinity the Kunsthaus, a bakery and the Bad zur Sonne with wellness area, the old town is a 5-minute walk away... Perfectly!

The owner was very accommodating, the place was easy to find, close to the main road and fully furnished with a refrigerator, washing machine and a stove, so longer stays would be easy. There was a caffe and a small restaurant on the corner 3 minutes away.

Angelika is rightfully a Superhost!!! I fully subscribe to the excellent reviews. Top organized hostess . Detailed information makes the contactless check in & out easy. It was a pleasure to spend time in this beautiful, very well maintained and immaculately clean apartment. The view of the castle mountain is fantastic. My weekend was warm in spring, so breakfast was possible at the cozy and equally well-maintained balcony. Particularly noteworthy is that the amenities are not only extremely extensive, but also of high quality; this also applies to the countless freely available "goodies". Easy to get from A to B. with public transport. I was always on foot because of the nice weather; along the Mur in about 20 minutes in the city. Absolutely recommend! Thanks Angelika!

The apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable short stay. It was spotless and well-equipped. Timotej was incredibly responsive, flexible, and helpful throughout my visit. Highly recommend this place – 10/10!

The apartment was clean and with modern furniture but also with Vintage accents. The Kitchen had everything you needed. The surroundings were quiet and in 3 You could walk to the main transport hub, which takes you to all corners of the city. We liked the apartment, the city too, we will be back.

Darja is an incredible host! The whole place is simply beautiful—the apartment, the garden, and the entire village have such a peaceful, charming vibe. One of the highlights is direct access to the river, which is actually part of the garden. It’s so green, quiet, and relaxing—truly hard to put into words. We stayed with a toddler, and Darja went above and beyond to make it special. Every day she surprised us with new toys. Her kindness and attention to detail made us feel completely at home. We could go on and on… This place is a gem, and we’re definitely coming back. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a calm getaway!

Very nice apartment. Great for groups up to seven people. One quadruple and one triple. We were especially 🧸enthusiastic about the duvets and all slept very well. Very quiet surroundings. Only 15 minutes by foot from the Kunsthaus.

Nice and clean apartment. Communication with Robert was friendly and quick. He had lots of tips for the area. We will be happy to come back.

We had a great time staying with Gerit! We really enjoyed the lots of space and the quality of the amenities. Gerit was more than helpful and helped us with everything very quickly and kindly. Trofaiach is a cute little place from where you can make great excursions to Gesäuse, Präbichl, Graz or the Gösser brewery in Leoben. Or you can stay on site, buy something delicious from everyone and enjoy the great apartment.

Very nice apartment, in a great area with many options (supermarket, restaurants) nearby. Super clean, well organized and exactly as described! Michael is a great host and very easy to communicate with, and very quick to reply to any concerns.

Apartment was nice and had everything we needed. It was easy to find it. I have no complaints and I would recommend it to other guests.

What more can I say about Elfriede (Elfi) and her husband? The most cheerful, friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts we could have possibly asked for. Even though we were only staying a single night for a wedding they went out of their way to make us comfortable, and even gave us a ride back to the station (with a local sightseeing tour!) afterwards. Their house is absolutely gorgeous and full of character. We definitely regret not staying longer! Highly recommended.
