Strong nature, where the opportunity to see seals, eagles and other birds is reasonably large. From Akrar, it is quick by car to get around Suderø, which is one of the most beautiful islands of the Faroe Islands. From Akrar up to, for example, Eggjarnar, it is about 20 minutes by car, and here is one of the most beautiful views you can experience.

Welcome to our cozy house with a fantastic view of Sumba. The house is ideally located for hiking, including trips to Akraberg with the historic lighthouse, Beinisvørð and Kasper's cave. There is also the possibility of swimming at the Faroe Islands' iconic black sand beaches and fishing in the area. A local grocery store is nearby for daily shopping, and there is a playground for children in the area.

We renovated this old boathouse recently. There is a rowingboat available as well. It is the family’s boat. The house offers you a peacefull sanctuary to collect your thoughts. 5 minutes walking distance to groceryshopping. Bus stop to the rest of the island is oposite the house as well. There is a bed for two people and a couch that also can fit two people

Visit the lovely Suðuroy and stay in one of the oldest houses in Hvalba. Nature is surrounding you and there are lovely sights and trails on the island. The house is close to the shop, there is a playground, the beach is spectacular. Suits 4 people. All nessesary amenities. Very authentic and top charming. Simple living at its best.
