Very well appointed, spectacularly clean and the bed and linens were perfection! Roland the caretaker is beyond attentive and a genuine sweetheart! The owners Brandon and Lucy have done an outstanding job with their property and are excellent at communicating! We can’t wait to return!

Very cute apartment located right on the water. We enjoyed slow mornings with the cool ocean breeze and sound of the waves coming in through the screen door. The entire unit, especially the kitchen, was very well equipped. April was great to work with. Such a cozy place to call “home” during our trip to the Abacos!

If you are considering this property, book it! It's amazing!! From the location and the views, the helpfulness and kindness of Roben, to the perfectly laid-out interior- this property is PERFECT! Both the owner (Matt) and the property manager (Roben) were communicative, kind, and quick to respond. Roben picked us up from the airport and got us a car. The house has everything you need in terms of amenities. The location is close to restaurants, stores and the marina. Very safe and relaxing! I would love to come back here! Extraordinary!

Tina's place was clean, clean, clean!! We arrived a few hours prior to our check-in, and after a long red eye, we just wanted to crash. Tina promptly said "no worries", and she put us in a room that was ready. Friendly and responsive, simple check-in, 15 minute walk to Snappa's and Colors.
