On the ground floor, 2 bedrooms of about 18 m2 with a double bed, TV, desk. Upstairs, a bathroom, kitchenette, dining area, living room, relaxation area (billiards, foosball, darts, library) Outdoor area (bocce ball, T de T, picnic table, basketball, swimming pool/summer). Wooden hangar-type house 15 minutes from the Metz-Nancy highway, 25 minutes from Metz city center and 45 minutes from Nancy Nearby services (Aldi, bakery, pharmacy, doctors, tobacconist, café).

Country House

Country house in a bucolic setting in a very quiet village at the foot of the Delme coast (nature reserve). Bathroom linen available and beds prepared before your arrival. Outside, two terraces including one with a shed and a large lot. For my part (Xavier), I stay under the outdoor terrace at the back of the house. The town of Xocourt is located 2 minutes from Delme where you can find all amenities (catering, supermarket). Cleaning to be done before departure.

We are happy to welcome you to our beautiful new outbuilding. You'll find everything you need. You will stay completely independently thanks to the independent entrance. The location of our accommodation is ideal, between city and countryside, a 7-minute drive from Metz Technopole. Finally, if you are looking for peace and quiet you will be delighted. Swimming pool accessible from May 15 to the end of August.
