GEM IN A PLACE WHERE TIME STOOD STILL The best thing about this place is the location - right next to the sea in the tiny town of Zaglav. Peaceful, quiet, beautiful surroundings. You can jump into the sea right after walking out of the house. The view from the terrace is beautiful. This is the Host’s family home - on the second floor of which there are 4 studio apartments that have a shared outside entrance via stairs. The terrace of the apartments have some partitions but they are shared so in the end of the day not fully private. The studio (we stayed in no 2, then no 4 as we extended our stay, and Petra was kind enough to book us in) is modern, clean and has all the basics. Bathroom specially nice. Everything was very clean, and the AC works well. Parking is in front of the building, very practical. My only criticism would be the beds - they are doubles but there is a big gap between the two mattresses and we did not find them too comfortable. Petra is a great host.

We liked this place very much , it was very cosy and it has felt like a home. Our kids very also very happy to find big box full with toys 😃 Perfect stay !

If you are visiting Zadar and you have the budget, you dont need to look for anything else. By far my best experience of AirBNB. The host is extremely friendly and super responsive. We wanted a short extension (around 1 hour) for checkout and she did not rush us out, gave us ample time. The place itself is extraordinary with a huge terrace facing the ocean in centre. Very lively place with all good restaurants and bars in walking distance. The host is very thoughtful and kept the house stocked with all necessary amenities. She also gave a bottle of wine and pack of chocolates as welcome gift. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting zadar.

Stunning location and beautiful Villa. As others have said - even better in real life than the pictures. The host very responsive and helpful. Location was easy to find. There are a lot of steps down to the Villa, but fortunately Ivan was on hand to help with luggage. The Villa, and out door area were beautifully presented. I enjoyed swimming in the Sea and Pool on a daily basis. 3 Spacious bedrooms, all with their own bathroom compliment the rich range of facilities here. We all enjoyed the hot tub and BBQ. Could easily imagine myself returning to this villa in the future. There is a very nice Hotel & Bar a very short walk along coast. The town of Omis is very close by car, with a selection of shops, cafe's and restaurants. Split is a little further afield but easily reachable. Were I to go again would definately take a boat trip or two, and also visit Krka national park.

We had a fabulous time at Josipa’s apartment. It was modern, clean, comfortable and the views were stunning! Josipa was a great host, allowing us to check in a little early, and stay a little longer. This was a great location to relax by the ocean and explore the area. We hope to come back someday.

This apartment is fabulous and the view from the balcony is stunning! Stanko warmly welcomed us, and we were lucky to be allowed an early check-in. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well furnished and very comfortable, so we immediately felt right at home. The balcony is massive, complete with table & chairs and 2 deckchairs, from which we enjoyed the beautiful seaview & terracotta rooftops. The pool and surrounding areas are also well cared for, with comfortable furniture. The ground floor laundry was an added bonus, complete with washer, dryer and iron & ironing board. There’s a Tommy supermarket 2 min walk away and the walk down to Bol harbour front is approx 5 mins (10 mins back uphill)! Bol is such a beautiful place and we absolutely loved our week’s holiday here. We will be back, for sure! I would 100% recommend this place without hesitation! Thank you!

Place was so nice and modern, the area around is beautiful. Definitely one of the best views from the balcony of the sea and houses. Villa was clean, with nice accommodations. Surrounding area is very peaceful and relaxing with a nice rural village and nice locals, other towns are just a bus ride away and definitely worth a visit. Overall, very relaxing and the balconies are perfect. Would come back again.

Daniel was a great host. Very helpful, informative, always responsive and proactive. The accomodation itself was beautiful, clean, well furnished, spacious, not to mention the amazing hot tub on the beautiful terrace. Thank you Daniel for a wonderful stay and for also going above and beyond to help during our emergency on the 1st night and for mailing out my sons camera that he left there! :)

We had a wonderful time in Rogac on Solta. The apartment was just as pictured, super nice, clean and exceptionally well equipped. We enjoyed spending time on the large terrace overlooking the sea. We were there as a family with two children (10 and 12) and without a car. Ana and her husband were very helpful and drove us by car to the ferry terminal on arrival and departure, for example. Otherwise, we were traveling on foot or by kayak. The ferry terminal is about 20 minutes on foot. Here there is a kiosk and a simple pizzeria and of course the ferry to Split, which runs several times a day. To the nearest supermarket in the neighboring village (2 km and a steep hill) we needed approx. 35 minutes on foot. We also did a hiking tour to a fantastically beautiful bay on the sparsely populated south side of the island (4.6 km). Thanks for an unforgettable vacation.
