Family villa Brzoja in the town of Sukošan, just a few kilometers from the historic city of Zadar, near many beautiful beaches. Air-conditioned, it can accommodate seven guests in four large bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday use and the dining room has eight seats. Outside there is a swimming pool with garden furniture and a barbecue area, as well as a children's playground and parking for several vehicles. The pool, house and yard are available for your use only. The pool is cleaned every morning.

The property is located on the very trim trail near Padela Sukošan, street workout, and is suitable for people from sports as well as a family who loves natural beauty. Due to its position, it is ideal for a family vacation and socializing with a good barbecue, a beautiful sunset and a sea view. The villa has an outdoor swimming pool and sauna.
