The house is located in beautiful Parkveien, right by Sneath's Park in Åbøbyen, which is the garden town built for the factory at the beginning of the 20th century. The house is in original style but has been completely renovated. The house has 4 floors with 4 bedrooms divided on the different floors. It is suitable for 2 families. Short way to the Sauda bath, the duck pond, shops, pharmacy and wine monopoly. Courtyard with space for two cars. Walking distance to the fast boat dock where the boat from Stavanger comes in. Bed linen can be rented for 150kr per set.

Here you live right on the seafront with garden, pier and your own beach. Boat can be rented and some fishing equipment is available. Good fishing opportunities right outside the jetty. We have SUP boards, kayaks, wetsuits and windsurf boards that you can borrow. From Erfjord it takes 2 hours to drive to the parking lot by the pulpit then a walk of 3 hours.
