Skipperhuset

The skipper house is the oldest house on the townhouse our Birkenes located in the municipality of Farsund. The Skipper House was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In partnership with local painting company, we work to make the house as authentic as possible, including by wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with the skipper's house cabinet and linen paint to preserve wood, etc. The skipper house has a natural space on the farm and is located in wall with the brewery house that has renovated a bakery oven.

Giljastølen panorama.

New holiday home with high standard-modern, spacious and comfortable with panoramic views of the mighty mountains and Giljastølsvatnet. Nice hiking terrain for all seasons with lots of hiking trails. Good starting point for day trips to Månafossen,Pulpit rock,Lysefjorden/-botn,Kjerag,Jærstrendene, Byrkjedalstunet,Gloppedalsura. Short way to Kongeparken,Stavanger and Sandnes. Fishing and bathing facilities. The house is 400 meters above sea level with ski tracks and trails in the winter. The house is well suited for 2 families who want to vacation together.

Cozy newly renovated newly renovated farmhouse

Newly renovated farmhouse on Auste Åmøy in Ryfylke, approx 25 minutes drive north of Stavanger. Here you can relax and go for walks in rural and scenic surroundings. On the way down to a nice swimming area you can see and explore Southwest Norway's largest concentration of rock carving fields. Sheep and lamb can be experienced from close proximity. Åmøy is also a good starting point if you want to visit famous places such as Utstein Kloster, Prekestolen, Sola beaches, Ørnhaug visiting farm or Kongeparken.

Large functional house with Jacuzzi. Private beach line

We rent out our funkish house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018, and has high standards. On the first floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV room with sofa bed, bathroom, and 3 bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom attached to this bedroom. Outside, a large terrace with a lot of living space, different seating areas, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

We wish you welcome to this very special apartment located in the middle of an 1929 industrial designed master cabinetmakers/ebeniste workshop building. Apartment is spacious - with modern bathroom, kitchen facilities, dining area, 2 TV livingrooms, a/c, big windows, beds for 4/5/6 people, a cozy backyard and terrace; all located in a very quite west side area of townhouses. Charming old wooden house in a quiet area. Enjoy the great view over the fjord from the veranda, where you can see a beautiful sunset and enjoy the heat from the campfire. The house is well equipped in all rooms. The house is located only 7 km from the starting point of the Pulpit Rock trail. It is a 5 minutes drive from Jørpeland, wich is the town center in this area. From the house it is a 10 minutes drive to the ferrydock in Forsand, where there is ferry connection to Lysebotn.

Gamlahuset by the sea - close to Stavanger

"Gamlahuset" fra cirka 1880 leies ut. Huset ligger på et lite gårdstun i Gardsvågen på Talgje, 100 meter fra sjøen. Her er det badestrand, og det går turløyper rundt nesten hele øya. Fra Gardsvågen er det 1 km til hurtigbåtkai. Herfra er det 20-50 min med hurtigbåt til Stavanger. Det er 35 minutt med bil til Stavanger sentrum. På Talgje er det også muligheter for frisbeegolf og badstuutleige (Anker Gaard) og det er sandvolleyballbane 1 km fra huset.

Four bedrooms with comfy beds, two full bathrooms with heated floors, a fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, and living rooms with large windows offering stunning fjord views. Seaside boathouse at Sokn, Stavanger

Naustet is brand new and part of the sea house environment towards Soknasundet. There is a jetty with fishing opportunity. Building and furniture created by renowned architect Espen Surnevik. If you come by boat there is plenty of room for the boat at the dock. Naustet is part of Sokn Gard (see fb) which has many animals you can visit, and the garden has a 5 km hiking trail.
