The house is exactly like in the pictures. The leisure area (swimming pool, barbecue, sand court, etc.) is really the difference of the house. Beautiful and modern leisure area. The house where the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, etc are older, but it is well maintained, clean and has all the necessary utensils. We did the New Year dinner and there was absolutely nothing missing. The whole family loved it!!!!!

The house is amazing, it was clean, smelling and all tidy. It has all the necessary utensils, and a great gourmet area. The swimming pool had warm water which made us enjoy even more. The neighborhood is super quiet, which allowed us to rest. I'll definitely come back more often.

Great option for those who are in transit with their family, access from the highway to the quiet and fast residence, we hired along the way, was very responsive,and served us super well, full kitchen, clean bathroom, towels and sheets available. On-site garage. Super indico

It was good to stay with Xandão, all according to the agreement, and it was very thoughtful. We reached the location with Waze, there was only one dirt road, but all right. Thank you !

Great place to stay ( like the photos) and you don’t feel you are so close to the city center. Ricardo was very supportive and the whole place is very clean . The only thing for improvement is the WiFi quality, which is quite low and becomes a problem if you have to work from there .

I really liked the space, it was what I expected, the house backyard is amazing a lot of space. Our puppy had a lot of fun! I also love trees, plants, have a lot of fruit in the backyard. City had pretty much everything I needed in the house, even ironing iron! The rooms were good, bathrooms as well. My family members missed a TV in the room, but that was a small detail. We like it very much and intend to come back! The hostess gave clear information what made the whole process easier!

Perfect! I went to my son's medical graduation at Unicamp and it has no flaws - the house is beautiful, well maintained, quiet, I went and I already want to go back - I highly recommend it and I will come back to enjoy it better - sensational!!!

We were in a group of 9 people, among friends and family, and everyone liked the house. The neighborhood is VERY quiet and well located, with everything close by (restaurants, drugstores, supermarkets, ice cream shops, butcher shops, wineries, barzinhos, etc.). In fact, in most of the establishments it is possible to walk. There are small stitches that can improve, but all of them easy to solve and nothing to hinder the stay (a little stuck doorknob and light breakers with poor contact). Of all, the house, the neighborhood and the city as a whole are a delight! If we had the chance to come back to Indaiatuba, we would certainly choose this home!

Nilton is a super attentive host! Responds quickly, gives tips for sightseeing. The house is very clean, smelling, cozy, great bed, bed linens and baths all clean and fragrant. Kitchen with useful utensils! Nothing to complain about, wonderful stay!! All spotless !! I love it !!

The place is very cozy and complete, I felt at home, has all the resources for household chores and an excellent barbecue corner, large, clean and organized space. The location is otima, has a market and prairie less than 2 minutes away, easy access to the ring road and Anhanguera highway. Very good !!! I will be back soon without a doubt.

I went to work, Ivanilda was kind at check out, clean house, extremely quiet neighborhood. We were in five, we were well accommodated muiiiiiitooooo and still had small treats, coffee, sugar, salt, oil, detergent and mineral water, including in the refrigerator.

Luiza is very attentive and her home fully met our needs. The residence has everything for a family to spend comfortably from a few days to long periods. The condominium also has a bakery, restaurants, market and other essential shops for everyday life. As I needed to go to Campinas regularly, the location of the house in Sumaré facilitated my trips, as I quickly accessed the Anhanguera and Dom Pedro expressways and arrived at my destination in just over 20 minutes.
