Apartments Stachy - Apartment Popelná

The apartments are located in Šumava in a quiet location on the outskirts of the mountain village of Stachy near the forest at an altitude of 780 m above sea level. It is located on a sunny slope, only 5 km from the ski resort Zadov – Churáňov. It offers beautiful views of the surroundings and a huge garden that separates it from the surroundings and ensures privacy. Apartment Poplená is modernly furnished and fully equipped with a fireplace, large 71 m2 for 5+1 people. Around the house, there is a large garden with a sauna. It is a 10-minute walk to the center with shops. There is also a pharmacy in the village.

Shepherds hut on pasture

Staying in our caravan is an adventure, healing refreshment and a holiday with an amazing sunset. The caravan is on a fenced property in the Brdy Protected Landscape Area. It is located in the undeveloped part of the village, near our house, there are pastures all around, so no sprayed fields. A herd of cows and sheep in the pastures and a beautiful view of the Šumava mountains in front of you. Drinking water available. Firewood is included. This caravan is our wooden heart, which we have reconstructed ourselves. It's just a different, amazing view of the world.

Three houses - View

The Lookout House with a panoramic window and spacious terrace resembles a boat hovering over the landscape. The smell of wood, a sofa and a fireplace with a comfortable kitchen form a well-tuned whole. It can comfortably accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills. You can relax in the new Finnish sauna (paid separately).

Forest apartment Einöde

A unique apartment in an absolutely secluded location in the Bavarian Forest awaits you. As a dog owner, you will have a particularly good time with us. Your furry friend can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog lawn. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog lawn. In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

Holiday house - Windy Point beach

Brand new holiday house with big garage, style furniture, with 4 terraces, located just 120m from Windy point beach and YC Černá sailing club, best holiday location in Czech, Perfect for families and friends. Best spot in Czech for Yachting, Windsurfing, Kiting, MTB, etc. the largest water in Czech just in front of house. 100m2 living space, heated floors, 139cm Smart Led TV, Sat, Dish washer, Fireplace, 2x WC, Shower, washer, garage, Ping Pong table, barbecue stuff, 4x teraces, garden.

Yary yurt

Cena je pro 2 osoby. Za každou další osobu se doplácí 10€/den. Maximální počet hostů 4. Součástí yurty je wellness, které se doplácí na místě ( 20€/den) Nebojte po rezervaci se vám včas ozveme a veškeré doplňkové služby si potvrdíme. Užijte si nádherný výhled na rybník přímo z yurty. Kolem Vás bude pobíhat stádo oveček. Objekt je oplocen. Kdyby Vám cokoli chybělo, lze využít služby zavedeného penzionu, který je od yurty “pár” kroků, ale i přesto se budete cítit jako na samotě.

Time out at Klopferbach

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street embedded in greenery. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020 consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic equipment, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. At the foot of the property flows the Klopferbach and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a Kneipp pool.

At the edge of the forest on the Schellenberg

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Parkování je v ceně, městská daň 50,-Kč / os./ den.

Fully equipped apartment right in the city center on a quiet square. Dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, TV., Wi-Fi, Nespresso coffee machine. It is advisable to bring your own slippers. With the possibility of outdoor seating. Parking in front of the house. Possible to store skis or bicycles. Ideal starting point for trips to Šumava with all civic amenities.

Our chats

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.
