Monthly Rentals in Sumida River

Yoshio was an amazing host: kind, helpful and respectful. His house is in pristine condition. The room and bed were very comfortable, with AC. The house itself is only a couple of minutes walk from the Yamamote line, which is convenient for many places in Tokyo including the popular Shinjuku and Shibuya. There is a sento just a couple of houses down from Yoshio's place, offering affordable hot public baths and is open until 1am. Yoshio's place was also excellent value.

We loved our stay at this little Inn. The beds were really comfortable and it felt so clean and well maintained. It says a shared bathroom, but there are only 3 rooms for 2 bathrooms so it feels as though it’s private! It has everything you need - Dyson hairdryers, shampoo/conditioner etc. It’s also a 2 min walk to a street of nice local restaurants and 3 mins to the station. Would definitely recommend!

A good value for a place located near one of the stations in Yamanote line

Mie’s place is amazing! The location is perfect, in such a beautiful and cool neighbourhood with lots to see and do with good train connections. The apartment is very well stocked with everything you might need - there is a lot of stuff there! Mie is a very sweet and friendly person and provides lots of communication and helpful information. The only difficulty was finding the apartment since the road does not have a name and therefore doesnt come up on Google maps - but if you search for the owl cafe (yes, real live owls in a cafe) which is opposite then that will take you there!
