Monthly Rentals in Summer Hill

Rodney has to be one of the most generous hosts we have stayed with. Our stay of almost three weeks was perfect in almost every possible way. And when we did have a few requests he addressed them quickly. The apartment is spacious and we had a lot of supplies in the fridge and in the kitchen cabinet. Rodney provided excellent toiletries and good quality bed linen. The bus stop is close by and there are several very good cafes and restaurants in the area. Coles is nearby, too. There are a couple of issues but they are clearly explained in the listing. One, is the lack of a lift (didn't bother us too much). Two, the sound of low-flying aeroplanes (some days were worse than others). But for us it was a superb stay with a host who is keen to make your stay comfortable.

Ben’s place was nice, parking can be a little tricky on the street but overall was a good location close to the city, was a little worried about the noise detector as there was 8 of us, gatherings can usually be a little loud with small groups and music on but had no complaints and enjoyed the stay

My girlfriend and I spent five nights at Kathleen's studio, and it was a wonderful stay—it felt like a home away from home. The thoughtful little touches, like providing granola and milk for breakfast, made all the difference. Kathleen's communication was friendly and helpful. The studio was clean and spacious for a granny flat, especially the bathroom, and it was super quiet at night. One of our favourite moments was waking up to Kathleen's two chickens, Roberta and Freddie, in the backyard—they were such a cute way to start the day! Plus, it’s within walking distance to loads of restaurants and supermarkets, which was super convenient. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would definitely love to come back!

A lovely hidden gem in Lewisham. Conveniently close to the airport, light rail, and train to the CBD—getting around was a breeze. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom a great size, and having a garage was a real bonus. The garden added a nice touch of serenity. Would happily stay here again!
