A few meters from the lot there is an internal park where you can walk and enjoy the green areas. You'll be in the countryside without being so far from the city. Chincha is located just 15 minutes away and Paracas 30 minutes away.

The 100 m2 cottage is located within a 24-hour guarded condominium, but the use of the house , super large garden and pool is exclusive to guests , It's a rustic little house but with all the basic comforts:) We don't count on internet! It is important to know about 15 minutes max of trolley before arriving at the condominium. The house is petfriendly (we only accept one pet)
