Nice, small basement apartment (30 sqm) in a large house from 2018 in a quiet residential neighborhood. Walking distance to Amager beach and metro and 15 minutes by bike to Copenhagen city center. Enjoy a getaway for two adults, possibly plus an extra person. Mattress can be borrowed. The apartment is part of our house, but with its own entrance. We will therefore possibly be home to welcome you and ensure a pleasant stay. The apartment has everything you need; refrigerator, service, oven, microwave, etc. Access to laundry room by appointment.

Music practice room can be rented separately by appointment. 2 rooms. 1 room with 140x200 bed, wardrobe, armchair and desk. 1 room with 120x200 and 90x200 beds, armchair and wardrobe. Kitchen: Nespresso machine, oven, toaster, hobs. Access to Wi-Fi Dining area in the front yard. We have two cute cats that will visit the apartment if you don't close the door. 3-hour parking on the street.
