Nice, small basement apartment (30 sqm) in a large house from 2018 in a quiet residential neighborhood. Walking distance to Amager beach and metro and 15 minutes by bike to Copenhagen city center. Enjoy a getaway for two adults, possibly plus an extra person. Mattress can be borrowed. The apartment is part of our house, but with its own entrance. We will therefore possibly be home to welcome you and ensure a pleasant stay. The apartment has everything you need; refrigerator, service, oven, microwave, etc. Access to laundry room by appointment.

In the garden there is a hammock, barbecue, swing, etc. It is a 2-minute walk to the bus to Valby/Frederiksberg - and a 7-minute walk to the bus to Copenhagen H. !Bathroom (hand shower) & toilet are in the main house, on the other side of the garden. Parking can be arranged.

Dobbeltseng i soveværelse, kun adgang fra den ene side. Sovesofa til 2 personer (110cm bred) i stuen. Der er tynde bambus gardiner som ikke tager lyset udenfor, i stuen hvor sovesofa er. Den ene del af huset er fra 1980, den andel del fra 2020. Ovn til brænde virker ikke. Badeværelset er gammelt men fungerer.
