Captain’s Quarters with sea view! Dog friendly!

This ground floor apartment with panoramic sea views is something we all need to experience. It’s set upon a nature reserve called blackberry hills/ Harton Downhill and overlooks The Leas which is a national trust beauty spot. Ideal for walkers, nature lovers, bird watchers, photographers, artists or simply anyone who wants a great coastal stay. With endless coastline all accessible within walking distance. High speed Wi-Fi. there’s something for everyone. A very family and dog friendly town.

A spacious studio features two single beds with coordinating bedding, positioned beside a media unit displaying various DVDs. A large television is mounted on the wall, and contemporary light fixtures hang from the sloped ceiling. A comfortable sofa is visible, creating a welcoming relaxation area.

Cosy base for exploring from or break up a journey

Well equipped studio. Plenty of space for 3 to relax after a day of sightseeing or to take a rest mid journey. Unwind in the spacious walk in shower. Enjoy a relaxing drink in the garden or the large patio ( with or without the goats!). Perhaps even a BBQ ( gas BBQ available on request). Pop over the village green to the pub. Cosy down and prepare for your next adventure watching satellite T.V. Cook a light meal or order a take away. Very peaceful location and very comfortable accommodation.

New Stay-cation Get-away - Beach Haven

Come and relax, chill in my comfortable, cosy ground floor, one bed flat. Waking up each morning and having easy access to our stunning costline and scenery. Although there is no outdoor space at my home, there is the beautiful newly refurbished North Marine Park, which is literally over the road and five minutes walk to the stunning beach, with fabulous views of the pier's where you can sit and watch ships, liners and yachts sailing on the river Tyne with Tynemouth Priory in the distance.

2 bedroom ground floor apartment in with it's own entrance and French doors leading out into the enclosed rear garden. Fitted kitchen open into the living/dining room. Bathroom with Rainforest style shower above the bath. In purpose built development with it's own car park with electric car charging in Fulwell, Sunderland SR6. 1.5 miles north of Sunderland City Centre. Roker Park, beach, Marina, Metro station and the St Peter's Campus of Sunderland University are all within walking distance.

"HAY LOFT" quiet rural location, close to Durham

The Loft is located above our garage in a large garden and field totalling 8 acres. We're at the end of a farm track in the middle of the countryside, half a mile from the nearest road meaning ZERO traffic noise. The headroom is kind of tight along the two sides but, at 6 feet tall I manage okay. Perfect for two, but can easily cope with 4 people. The Loft is accessed by external concrete steps. The accommodation is not suitable for children but we've squeezed them in on occasions.

Fantastic Quayside flat with spectacular view

Superb location on the Quayside, with spectacular views of the River Tyne and its bridges. A 2 minute walk to the Quayside where there is a wide range of restaurants, bars, cafes, and the ever so popular Sunday market. A 15 minute walk or a 5 minute drive away from the vibrant Newcastle City Centre, where there is an abundance of pubs, bars, nightclubs, theatres, restaurants, cinemas and more, for those who wish to sample what this popular party city has to offer.
