In the winter, it is especially nice to enjoy the fireplace after a trip to Rügen or Usedom. In the evening, it is worth going outside in clear skies and admiring the stars in the deep darkness.

The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Therefore, unfortunately, animals are not welcome. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

Our apartment is 40 sqm large and separately laid out on the property. This is located in a popular residential area in Stralsund, from where the old town can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot. It has a living-dining room, a bedroom, a children's room, a bathroom with shower and a terrace with barbecue. A car parking space is available. The storage of brought bicycles is possible.

There is ample parking space located in front of the property. The apartment is a converted farm worker's cottage of the Frankenthal estate with strong visible beams. The original character has been preserved, but the furnishings are contemporary and modern. The vacation home Makrele, an old fisherman's house from 1877, is located in Stahlbrode right in front of the island of Rügen. The house offers plenty of space to relax with the beautiful old garden and numerous fruit trees. In the countryside, surrounded by nature reserves and only 5 minutes from the water, it is the perfect place to find rest and relaxation.

Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
