We have renovated our farmhouse with knowledge of building maintenance, the environment and sustainability. The beautiful colours of egg oil tempera adorn the walls and genuine linseed oil paint is a matter of course in a house from the late 19th century. Nice tiled stoves heat nicely and the kitchen is large and spacious In winter, there are great conditions for cross-country and downhill skiing at Romme Alpin. An approximately 8 km long skating rink is plowed on our lake with a connection approximately 100 metres from the farm. The house is located near the towns of Falun and Borlänge.

Here you live minutes from Falun and Borlänge but in the middle of nature, close to a lake with a beach in the summer and long skating rinks in the winter. In the 42 sqm cottage, there is a larger room with a kitchen/sofa bed and a stove, as well as a small bedroom. One bathroom with underfloor heating, shower and toilet. In the kitchen there is a stove, oven and microwave, fridge and freezer. The sofa bed is easily made up for two people and in the bedroom there is a 120 cm wide bed. Pillows and duvets are provided for 4 people. Access to washer/dryer.

In winter, you can swim in the ice water from the jetty, and if the weather permits, ski tracks are run up on the lake. The surroundings consist of berry and mushroom forests with beautiful walking trails. In summer, you can take a trip on the rowing boat or enjoy the evening sun on the terrace. Welcome to a newly built house on its own lake plot with magical views! In summer, you can enjoy swimming and sun from your own jetty and borrow a rowing boat, SUP and wood-fired hot tub.
