Here you live minutes from Falun and Borlänge but in the middle of nature, close to a lake with a beach in the summer and long skating rinks in the winter. In the 42 sqm cottage, there is a larger room with a kitchen/sofa bed and a stove, as well as a small bedroom. One bathroom with underfloor heating, shower and toilet. In the kitchen there is a stove, oven and microwave, fridge and freezer. The sofa bed is easily made up for two people and in the bedroom there is a 120 cm wide bed. Pillows and duvets are provided for 4 people. Access to washer/dryer.

A small, fantastically cozy house that is well-planned with kitchen, bathroom and loft where the bed is located. Proximity to everything Borlänge/Falun/Dalarna has to offer, with slalom in Romme Alpin in the winter, the nature paradise Gyllbergen winter/summer and Falu Mine, etc. PLEASE NOTE: Bed linens and towels are included, but you will have to make the beds and remove the linens before departure. The cottage needs to be cleaned before departure. You are welcome to ask questions and we are happy to help with tips for your stay!

Here you can easily jump into the water in the summer at the swimming area that is 100 meters away or why not skate in the winter. You can go cross-country and downhill skiing nearby, so why not take a trip to Romme alpine during the day! Just behind the property, there is an apple orchard with over 100 apple varieties. The house is built next to beautiful Vassboherrgård and is a perfect accommodation all year round.

The accommodation is maximized for 2 adults, but there is also room for 2 small children. Kitchenette equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. TV and Wi-Fi. Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. We charge a cleaning fee of SEK 200 for bed linen, etc. However, we expect you to do a fine cleaning before you check out.

Bed linens and towels are included, you do not need to bring your own. Parking directly outside is included. You can store your skis or bikes in a locked space, if you wish. Approximately 800 meters to Lugnet's outdoor area with cross-country trails, bathhouses, bike paths and Dalarna University. 3-minute drive to the city center and grocery stores.

Vi har renoverat vårt gårdshus med kunskap om byggnadsvård, miljö och hållbarhet. Äggoljetemperans vackra kulörer pryder väggarna och äkta linoljefärg är en självklarhet i ett hus från sent 1800-tal. Fina kakelugnar värmer skönt och köket är stort och rymligt Vintertid finns fina förutsättningar för skidåkning för längd och utförsåkning vid Romme alpin. En c:a 8 km lång skridskobana plogas på vår sjö med anslutning c:a 100 meter från gården. Huset är beläget nära städerna Falun och Borlänge.

Unikt boende endast 10 minuters promenad till centrum. Nyrenoverad stuga med nytt badrum. Huset finns på en av de många kulturhistorisk värdefulla gårdarna i den gamla stadsdelen Östanfors i Falun. 2 km till Lugnet (9 minuter med bil). 50 meter till vatten med möjlighet till dopp och intill ligger den mysiga parken Kålgården. Där finns sandstrand (inte officiell badplats), stor lekplats, beachvolleybollplan, grillplats, bord, bänkar, minigolf, boulebana, utegym och stor hundrastgård.

Ösjöhus

The cottage is of course called Ösjöhus because it has the farm's best view of the part of Runn called Ösjön. This house was originally just a simple guest house with two beds. It was transformed in 2008, under the architect's son's management, into a fully complete cottage with a bedroom, combined kitchen and living room, toilet with sink and an outdoor shower with a brilliant view of the lake. Access to a boat and jetty. A simple but delicious accommodation for two people.
