Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Sunshine Coast

Perfect location in a quiet complex, only across the street from Sunshine Plaza and a few minutes walk from Ocean Street. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the vicinity and a short walk from the beach. The apartment itself was super clean, very nicely decorated and came with an enormous balcony. The pool and BBQ were free to use and the carpark was easy to find. I will definitely book this property for my next trip to the coast.

a lovely tropical setting with numerous pools and outdoor seating with beautiful birds in the trees. this place is exceptionally clean, both inside and the outdoors is being continually manicured. The unit is well equipped, safe and in a great location. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again

An absolute delight to stay in this gorgeous unit ! We have always stayed in Hastings st with very small units but having two bedrooms and all the space this unit has to offer over looking the golf course was a dream !! Would definitely stay there again .

Nigel and Jo's place was perfect for our family! So close to the beach/shops/restaurants and being one step away from the pool suited the kids perfectly! The apartment was spotless, easy to find and just what we needed for our getaway! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

A lovely apartment in the Peppers Resort complex. Given it’s on the third level you are looking out to beautiful trees from a very private balcony. The apartment is well equipped and serviced. There is a 5-10 min walk down (and back up the hill later) to the Noosa beach, restaurants and shops and use of the resort’s golf cart pickup service would have been the icing on the cake if this service was available to guests of this apartment. The apartment is in a great location though to enjoy all that Noosa has to offer. I would definitely recommend it.

Apartment was super clean, had everything you could need and in convenient location. Host was super welcoming and answered all of our questions. Would happily stay again :)

A really great apartment with all that you need and more. The pantry was very well stocked, lots of cooking utensils. Lovely decor and big comfortable beds. We stayed during Alfred and there was constant communication and guidance, they even dropped off torches and candles, just in case. The only negative was that the sauna was out of action. Hopefully, that gets fixed soon.

This airbnb surpassed our expectations. It was beautiful, clean, spacious. We felt so comfortable that we decided to stay in and cook for most nights because we enjoyed the airbnb so much! Would highly recommend if you want a relaxing stay near the beach/main town area. They even had body boards available to use if you fancied it!

We loved our 5 night stay! The apartment is beautifully appointed with everything a couple needs for a great stay. Hank and Hailz were super communicative not that we ever felt a need to reach out. Secure car parking, great location, excellent facilities within the complex. Friendly tenants and care staff. Bocca restaurant next door is excellent and the Market wine store world class. all in all 10/10

The apartment was very tidy, clean and had everything we needed. All appliances were great. Rooms and bathroom were very clean and a great balcony with a beautiful view of all the lush green trees. Pool and cabanas were gorgeous and very clean and gym was awesome with lots of weights machines. We had a great time here, out of the hustle of the main busy areas. Very calm and enjoyable stay 😉

David was an extremely friendly and responsive host! The stay was beautiful, very clean and quiet. The instructions were very easy to follow and much appreciated! The seal-check in made checking in and out extremely easy and it’s a great location. We had an amazing stay!

The Cosmopolitan is a stand out in Cotton Tree in that what ever it doesn’t have on site is within easy walking distance with 2 pools Gym and guest parking spaces if your friends drop in. The apartment is tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean , Sunshine Plaza supermarkets restaurants coffee shops and the RSL club are all than less than 10 minutes away on foot . This is a definite come back soon

Fantastic house to stay for a week. Clean, quiet and allowed us to take the time to relax as a family. The Host Angel Noosa team were also very helpful throughout the stay. Would highly recommend this property to those looking for a similar getaway.

We had a family break here and everyone had a great time. Lots of room for the 9 of us with lots of separate areas large and small to relax. Everyone got to enjoy kayaking and swimming in the pools and ocean. Communication with the owners was quick and easy. Thank you for sharing your lovely home

Friends and I had a running event at Ewen Maddock Dam and this place was very conveniently located and a comfortable stay. Thank you, would stay again next year!

Great house for a large group or 2 families like we had. Pool was good for a dip after the beach, but more a plunge than a big family affair. Good facilities in a decent house otherwise, rooftop spot is lovely for a quiet drink (and we’d rate the idea of getting one of the many local private chef’s in for a night, house is well set up for this!) Area is quiet suburban, 5 min drive to anything needed but probably not super walkable - that said, sunshine beach SLC is sensational, we drove to Noosa almost every day without a hassle, loads of shops & whatever you need is easily accessible. Kerriann was fantastic to deal with, super fast & helpful in comms.

Great place, good location, nice and clean and the kids loved the house.

Bigger than it looks in the photos. Plenty of room for 8 adults. Great view of the lake - wallabies included! A very peaceful and quiet part of Twin Waters but it's just a short scenic walk to Novotel if you are after more action. The home is fully decked out with everything you need. Would 100% recommend.
