Entire apartment located on the ground floor, in a small peaceful residence. Fibre WiFi, TV with Netflix access. Convenient parking at the foot of the building. Very quiet neighborhood. In Murat itself, a pretty little town with character (2 min walk) Train station nearby. Favourably located near the Cantal mountains (Le plomb, Puy Mary, GR departure) 10 minutes by car from the ski resort of Lioran, served by shuttles, buses, trains. For nature lovers. Enjoy a luxurious refurbished apartment in the heart of the LIORAN resort! Bright and functional family apartment (accommodates 5 people) located on the 5th floor with elevator access in the Sumène Tower. The pluses of the apartment: 33 m2 apartment at the foot of the slopes. Large south-facing balcony, very sunny with views of the meadow and mountains. All shops, the ESF and the start of the slopes are at the bottom of the residence. Private Wi-Fi in the apartment.

This accommodation is very well located, quiet, close to shops (bakery, grocery store, restaurants, etc.). Direct access to the Prairie des Sagnes, start of hikes, trails, mountain biking, e-biking, children's play areas, zip line, cable car, ... 24 m² studio composed of an entrance, a separate toilet, a bathroom, a kitchen area, a sitting area and 3 mezzanines with a 140 cm bed. Note: linens and towels are not provided. The apartment must be returned clean and tidy.
