Holiday rentals with a patio in Surf Coast Shire

My Wife and I stayed in January 2025 for a little over two weeks .. It is the second time we have stayed here and it is excellent for all that we needed .. Large shopping centre and Aldi close by .. Secure parking for the Hire Car .. Perfect for an elderly couple like us .. Kind Regards Tom ..( 81 Y O )

I loved our stay here, I just wish it was longer. The location was amazing for the beach and the town and the space really comfortable and clean. The beds were great (if you like a firm but comfortable bed you will be very happy) We couldn't get in at our check in time (20 min delay) which was slightly inconvenient given the heat but it was a bank holiday and the communication was excellent and considering the rush to accomodate us the place was still spotless. I would love to come back and stay here again and next time we want to go to this area would be checking to see if this place is available. Truly exceptional Airbnb.

Beautiful apartment, so central to the waterfront and a wonderful view from the apartment terrace! Well equipped, comfortable furniture and bed, and wonderful blockout blinds lol! Would highly recommend to friends and family, a faultless stay, well done Karen and Tim!

A very comfy and cosy apartment, great to relax. The location is perfect, close by to shops and the beach. Chelsea was very accomodating. I would highly recommend anyone to check this place out!

Sandra is delightful and her place is perfect for a weekend in Lorne. Comfortable apartment with views of the sea, across the road from the pub and the magnificent beach. Everything’s within walking distance.

We stayed at Judith Ann’s unit Pako on Albert for 4 nights. Located at the back of 3 units, it was very quiet and peaceful. The overall presentation was tasteful and comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were extremely clean. Judith was kind and very responsive.

Great apartment in Geelong with an amazing waterfront view. We saw the Spirit of Tasmania sail in from its overnight sail from Tassie. Great amenities, easy to find, Nick is a responsive host, easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend Nick's place and we hope to come back in the future to spend more time looking around Geelong.

A beautiful place to stay and very accessible to the beach and facilities in Lorne, while still being quiet and private. A well stocked kitchen and bathroom was an added detail we were grateful for and the pod coffee on the balcony was a bonus. Thanks Sharon for easy instructions, great communication and a lovely place to stay.

Michael’s house is absolutely beautiful. The house is very spacious and feels like a warm and comfortable place to stay. Michael is a wonderful host and is very accommodating tour requests. I can highly recommend Michael’s house. Can’t wait to return for a longer stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Zac’s place over three nights with our toddler and pup. Everything was clean and tidy and the house was in a great location, close to everything. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at this “home away from home”. The location is great and walkable to various shops and cafes. The large couch was very comfortable, and we appreciated the desk nook for remote work. We would definitely return if we need a place to stay in Geelong in the future.

Lovely little cottage and a great host. Just an added note: I left my phone charger there and she kindly arranged it to be dropped off at my in-laws over the road. Just very helpful and friendly and would recommend anyone to stay here.

We enjoyed our stay at Rebecca's house. It has everything you need, in a quiet location & easy to get to town and beaches. Rebecca's is a great host & easy to communicate with.

The property was great and is in such a great location. Our family felt at home straight away. We were able to walk to everywhere despite being far enough away from the busy streets. We look forward to staying with you in the near future!

Highly recommended, we had a wonderful stay! The house is quiet, well laid out, clean, modern, well decorated with a warm homely feel. The kitchen is well set up for those that love to cook with a North facing kitchen, meals and living area, this was enjoyed during the day. Sunlight fills this cozy living area of the home that opens out on to a deck and bbq area, would be fantastic during warmer months. The large quality smart TV was a real treat. We were able to watch our favourite sports and streaming programs just like home. Comfortable bed and linens, everything we needed, was provided. Having full use of the garage with internal access was great, it rained during parts of our 3 night stay and this kept us comfortable and dry when heading out. The excellent climate control had our every need met. Reece is a wonderful caring and responsive host. When staying in Geelong would definitely stay here again,

Beautiful home, the neighborhood is very peaceful and theres a lot of supermarkets nearby which makes it very convenient, the host is very welcoming and kind.

Great place to base yourself in Lorne, didn't need the car which was securely parked underneath the hotel. Close to the beach and walking distance to all restaurants and shops, would definitely stay again.

A great find, walk everywhere once moved in. At probably the most popular week of the year this was still nice & private in a very central location. Our host Sonya was very responsive to any queries. I would both stay here again & recommend this Apartment.

This place was amazing. It was so nice to walk down to the beach for sunrise and later that day enjoy the sun on the rooftop terrace. It's a great location for accessing the surf coast and a great jumping off point for the Great Ocean Road. The house is as described and very nice. Would make for a cosy winter escape with the fireplace or a nice summer beach getaway. Local restaurants are a peaceful 10 minute walk along the coast and Claire has great suggestions.
