The Casita is attached to the main house and has its own private entrance. It includes three beds, living room, one bath, one full size kitchen and a private patio. The Casita is located on a quiet acre and is a wonderful getaway. Still conveniently located minutes from the city of Surprise.

BRAND NEW detached Casita. Located close to several professional sports teams as well as colleges, City of Hope Cancer Center, Wildlife Zoo, and countless other things to do. Leave city life behind as you drive down a dirt road to our casita. Along the way you'll see horses, chickens, bunnies, lizards, roadrunners and occasionally hear turkeys and donkeys. Our casita is so new that our landscaping is a work in progress. FULL KITCHEN!! OWNERS LIVE ON SITE. We do charge a fee over 2 guests.

There is a 65 inch TV and electric reclining couches and loveseat in the living room. Spring training site for the Rangers and Royals is 5 miles away.

The luxury kitchen is fully stocked and has a large dining area and family room for lounging around.
