Relax on the patio swing, taking in the serenity of a yard fringed with tall trees and green grass. During our chilly desert nights head for the fire pit to warm your toes or toast marshmallows. Interior pluses include Smart TVs, surround-sound stereo, a walk-in tile-and-glass shower with a relaxing rain head and a very comfortable queen bed! It is surrounded by the beautiful desert with mountain and city light views. There are biking and hiking trails nearby. Our property is close to 2 highways (I-17 and 101). We are about 25 minutes from downtown Phoenix, 25 min. from Sky Harbor Airport. We are 15 min from North Scottsdale.

This hidden gem is centrally located on N Mountain in N Central Phoenix. 20 min to downtown Phx, 20 min to W. Valley, Scottsdale, Tempe, and Phoenix Int'l Airport. Our Casita features 1 room with a king bed, 1 bathroom, and a patio that faces west to enjoy Arizona's beautiful sunsets. We have a very steep driveway, and a full flight of stairs to the casita. If you have trouble walking or have knee and/or breathing problems, this is not the place for you.
