We had a truly wonderful stay at Dena’s home. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a warm and festive atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The attention to detail and thoughtful gestures were remarkable. From the coffee and bedside waters to the abundance of toiletries, every aspect of our stay was well thought out. We were especially touched by the surprise Christmas gifts waiting under the tree, which added such a special and personal touch to our visit. The hospitality exceeded all expectations, and we highly recommend their home to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. We look forward to visiting again in the future!

Our stay at Joanna’s was a wonderful recharge for our family in a busy season. From the beach to the kids playing games and then relaxing by the fire-pit, this was exactly what we were looking for. Joanna was very responsive in resolving any issues we encountered. Thanks for everything!

Dan and Sam were very friendly, responsive hosts. The house and setting were beautiful and perfect for a family. The toys and books in the kids' room were a huge hit, and we all enjoyed the ample outdoor seating and very comfy beds. The ferry was super convenient and fun to watch, without actually hearing any traffic. And we saw so many osprey and bald eagles from the porch! I was charged with finding a rental for 6 adults and 3 kids, and each adult (and my kids) told me that this home was a gem! I'm so grateful to Dan and Sam for sharing their home with our family!

Jennifer was extremely accommodating quick replying very easy to work with the house was extremely beautiful. We had a wonderful time we would rent again.

Amanda’s house was the perfect venue for our girls’ weekend. There was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the relaxing view and breeze. Bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas were spacious.

This place is a hidden gem! We spent a weekend getaway at Jeffrey's and had the most amazing time in the middle of the woods, right by the James River. The private river beach is absolutely stunning—our toddler loved collecting shells and exploring the scenic trail that winds through the area. The house itself is beautifully designed and extremely well-equipped, with thoughtful touches throughout—from the large, light-filled windows to the outdoor grill and cozy fireplace. It's also very kid-friendly, making it a perfect retreat for families. We couldn't have asked for a better escape into nature! We drove from VB to Williamsburg for lunch and took the free ferry with our cars to the Airbnb. You can surely drive to the Airbnb directly as well but the touch of ferry was great!

Elli & Brent’s place on the James River was a beautiful spot for our family vacation. Our arrival was wonderful as our hosts had left us a cute note and treats to enjoy. The house had plenty of room for our group of 6, especially with the outdoor space/dock and the home theater, which might have been the kids favorite room. The property was conveniently just a quarter mile away from the ferry so Jamestown/Yorktown/Willliamsburg/Busch Gardens were easily accessible. Really an excellent place from which to visit the triangle and get some nice rest and relaxation in between. Thanks guys for such a lovely visit.

We have stayed multiple times at Vonda’s. She is an exceptional host and always so thoughtful and accommodating! We love how close her place is to Busch Gardens. We have stayed at both her places, will never stay anywhere else when we are in town! Highly recommended

Last minute booking for a soccer tournament weekend. We loved the apartment...felt very homey...2 floors with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, spacious and great views and amazing location...right above the most popular restaurant in town We walked out and about and ate many meals at the local restaurants and enjoyed them all! Great little town for a weekend stay...loved the ease of parking across street and the ability to walk around the little town and enjoy things and walk our dog. Gets a bit noisy at night but, they have now provided white noise machines in the 2 bedrooms on bottom floor which helped tons and we brought one for the top floor...but, it's alot less noisy up there. Great place to stay.

We had a great stay at Eddie's place! Very close to restaurants, Colonial Williamsburg, and Busch Gardens. The unit we stayed in was spotless and had all of the amenities that we needed during our stay. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, spacious property with fantastic hosts. Home is extremely well kept inside and outside. Beautiful backyard with scenic views that are well maintained with flowers and seating. Comfortable beds with large bedrooms. Home is in a very nice neighborhood near many food options.

Joe came in person to welcome me to the AirBnb when I arrived. He gave me a lot of information on nearby restaurants and other places to visit. The place was clean and near the heart of Old Town. I highly recommend this AirBnb and him as a host.

It was nice to get to, and my trip was good. Unfortunately the day before I twisted my knee while packing for the trip, and was limping a bit. I was so hapoy to have happened to book on the first floor. There were 4 steps up to the front door and I was parked a bit far away, which I corrected when I was able, but when I arrived, some kind neighbors helped me with my bags up the steps. It was super peaceful and within a few days my knee was better. This was close to my Norfolk event, and it was really awesome to have a quick trip after some late parties. There was not much noise ever and the neighborhood was so sleepy we were surprised to find an event had blocked off and rerouted a few streets. It wasn't difficult to get around as there were lots of alternatives. Next time I hope to get on the ferry....with no injured knee. :) Great job from my host.

Steff’s place had all the right touches, from the soft comfy bedding to the Nintendo console. It felt like home, cozy and comfortable. The amenities were very thoughtful, especially the bacon & eggs as well as pizzas in the fridge. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

My family and i totally loved the stay. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful home. Callon was definitely great in corresponding. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo is very basic and styled from when it was built. There is a great little coffee shop at the center of the resort that this condo is located in. A keurig is present in the unit but no coffee supplied so make sure to bring your own if you need a pick me up as soon as you wake up. I had the TV instruction sheet but could not get either to work so make sure to bring an iPad or some other device if you want to stream shows.

Definitely some hiccups at check-in. The building number and the condo numbers do not match up and there was apparently a mixup about our check-in day; however, the guest contact was fast at responding to my text to assure we could gain access to the unit at arrival as well as be comfortable when we returned later that evening (was still being cleaned). The guest contact deserves special commendation for her fast response time and being incredibly helpful. The unit was very comfortable and within distance to great food and so many fun activities. After a long day at Busch Gardens, is a relief to not have to travel far! We have stayed at Kingsmill Resort in the past and would recommend the location to anyone.

Igor’s place was excellent! The space was clean, in a fantastic location, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything went smoothly, and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

The condo was very nice, we especially liked how spacious is was. The setting was peaceful and beautiful. We will probably try to book again if we are back in the area.

We have a great stay, it was super close to Bush Gardens making it easy to come back in the middle of the day to relax and take the dogs out. It is on the upper floor but the stairs are not difficult at all. It was a very pet friendly neighborhood.

The perfect location! Jared was very responsive and helpful. The condo was a great size with two older children (15 and 11). The beds are comfortable, condo was very furnished and stocked. We’ve stayed at many places before where the host doesn’t supplies very little (toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, etc.). We really appreciated how well stocked the condo was from day one. We didn’t have to worry about immediately driving to a local store to buy all the necessities. We were able to check in and relax! We’re very familiar with the Kingsmill neighborhood and just love it! The grounds are beautiful and the walking trails around the neighborhood is perfect for a nice family stroll. Our family visits Williamsburg each year during spring break for the past eight years. We’ll look forward to staying at Jared’s place again!

The condo was a perfect temporary home for our family of 4. It is lovely, spacious and well-stocked. The condo is in a great location - so close to Busch Gardens, and the river views were beautiful. In addition, Lynn worked with us to drop off our luggage before checkin on the day of arrival and to book an extra day (without the extra night) for the day of departure. Customer service has also been 5 star! Response to all of our questions has been prompt, courteous and complete! We’ve been to the area many, many times over the past 20 years and have stayed in so many different places (condos, townhouses, budget hotels, more pricey hotels, etc.). This was our best overall experience by far! Next time we are visiting Williamsburg, we will definitely check to see if the same place is available!
