The bus station is about 100 m away. You can reach the tourist highlights in 5-10 minutes.

Within 10-15 minutes you can reach the golf courses Meggen and Küssnacht as well as boat stations, the valley stations of our local mountain Pilatus and the Rigi.

The house lies completely in the countryside in a quiet, sunny location. From the nearest bus stop to; restaurant, village, train station, lake or paraplegic center Nottwil within 5 minutes. The surrounding area invites you to hike, biking, jogging, swimming, football games, etc. The magnificent views of the mountains and the lake will delight you. A modern studio, along with a social area

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
