Contemporary country experience Enjoy the simplicity and restoration that rural peace offers without getting your hands dirty (*unless you want to!). This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

One queen bed, and 2 king singles, wood fire, air con, bbq, spring free trampoline, and a large fenced garden. Park the car and walk everywhere. Paradise for outdoor enthusiasts...go boating, swimming, diving, surfing, bike riding, kayaking, paddle boarding, and bushwalking. Kangaroos visit the house, kids ride their bikes on the streets. Perfect for couples and small families.

Wandandian Rural Tranquility - The Cottage

Fully self contained and stand alone building, halfway between Nowra and Ulladulla. Only 3 minutes from the highway but far enough away to escape all the noise. If you enjoy rural tranquility and a chance to listen to the birds this is the place for you. If you want to be 5 mins away from shops and restaurants - this place is not for you! (it will take you about 20- 30 minutes to get to those)! There is excellent privacy with separate driveway access from the main house.

It has it's own solar system, water tanks collecting roof water with filters, hot water with an outdoor bath, a self composting toilet (not smelly) and a firepit.
