The building was designed and constructed by the Tokei team, and the team operates it as an inn for many people to use. The distinctive architecture is a redesign of an old townhouse using modern construction methods and traditional materials. Inside, you'll find artwork such as murals and stone carvings of black birds, as well as books and photo collections selected by the host, which you can take your time to enjoy during your stay. * The capacity is 4 people, but if it is only adults, the number of people who can stay comfortably is up to 3 people. * The price shown is for up to 2 people, and 10,000 yen will be added to the accommodation fee for each additional person.

You can use the entire building of a sophisticated design house studio at the foot of Mt. Yatsugatake. There is a spiral staircase right in front of you when you enter the front door.You can experience something out of the ordinary in a space furnished with exquisite pieces. Feel free to use the spacious living space, atelier space, rooftop bathroom, wood deck, and garden with stone kiln. [Accommodation fee] 1 building fee.Up to 6 people can stay at an even rate. The accommodation fee includes consumption tax, Nagano Prefecture accommodation tax, and Airbnb service fees. Nearby, about 10 minutes by car, there is Mitsui's Forest, Tateshina Country, and Tateshina Tokyu Golf Course. Fujimi Panorama, Royal Hill, and Twin One Ski Resort are about 20 minutes away by car. It is also an ideal base for climbing at the foot of Yatsugatake. There is also a 7-Eleven, coin laundry and restaurant within a 1-minute walk. JA Pia Midori Supermarket is a 2-minute drive away. Hot springs nearby include Jomon-no-Yu and Shiokama-no-Yu. It is refreshing because of its location at an altitude of 1000 m. The host is always available, so please ask if you have any questions. You can also walk to the bus stop. Kayano Station is a 10-minute drive. Suwa Interchange is 9.4 km and 15 minutes away by car. Hiking in the mountains and strolling around Lake Suwa are also recommended ways to spend your time. It's also great to explore the Suwa area on a rental bicycle.
