Year-round house for 10 people near a lake

A year-round property with an area of 190 m² for rent as a whole for 10–11 people or by the room. The house was built in 2025. It offers a living room, a kitchen, a dining room and 2 modern bathrooms. The location provides ideal conditions for summer and winter holidays. The property is located 300 m from the deep Szelment Mały lake. It's a great base for sunbathing, water sports, fishing, mushroom picking and cycling. In winter, it's perfect for cross-country skiing and close to downhill skiing – 10 km away there's a ski resort with 8 snow-covered and floodlit slopes.

We offer the first floor of the house, about 100 sq m + a large mezzanine. 3 bedrooms, a living room connected with an equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, induction cooktop), bathroom + separate additional toilet + bidet. From the living room, the entrance up the stairs to the mezzanine - a place for children to play and sleep. From the living room, there is an entrance to 2 large balconies. The entrance to the first floor is via independent stairs. Lake Jałowo with its own shoreline and a small beach is 100 m away.

In the 70 sqm cottage, there are 2 double bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining room, a living room with a double sofa bed and a fireplace, and a bathroom. The cottage is located on a 1200 sqm plot for the exclusive use of guests, where an additional attraction is a hot tub and sauna (price agreed individually). There are no buildings nearby. We are located in an unusual location - near the forest, bicycle paths, lakes, and at the same time less than 3 km from the center of Suwałki. We have prepared for you a cozy, elegantly and comfortably furnished apartment with a place to drink coffee on the terrace, so that you can relax better. The place is equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a TV, free Wi-Fi, and a dryer.

We invite you to stay in our beautiful house close to the forest. We offer 9 rooms for 21 people. The house is 200 meters away from the lake with a private pier. The price includes kayaks, pedal boats, bicycles, billiards, and a place for a barbecue or bonfire. It is possible to rent individual rooms in various configurations (for 1, 2, 3 or 4 people). We invite you to rent an apartment (100 m²) on our farm in Okliny. It is an excellent starting point for exploring the entire Suwałki region. The area is quiet and peaceful, conducive to relaxation. The apartment is located on the first floor of the house (shared staircase). I, the hostess Elżbieta, live with my family on the ground floor. Nearby is the deepest Polish lake - Hańcza.

Cottage by the water lily among animals

A cottage for a minimum of 2 people. Our place is unique because there is a herd of fallow deer and sheep on the premises. Meals are available from about mid-May to September, and are additionally payable. For more information, please contact us. Meals are available from Tuesday to Saturday, and should be requested a few days before arrival.
