The area around the building has an emart supermarket and restaurants. The building itself had a CU and some eateries too. So it was very convenient and comfortable for a 10 day stay for my business trip. thank you Zoe !

I stayed with my daughter for two weeks. First of all, the location and transportation are really good. 1 minute walk from the train. 20 minutes to Gangnam! They also set the airport bus right in front of you. There are many convenience stores, bakeries, and restaurants nearby. The officetel is neat and cute. The bed is comfortable. I didn't eat in the kitchen, but there are all the necessary utensils, and the Nespresso and electric kettle are very useful. Laundry You used the drying rack, hair dryer, etc. all useful. Above all, a kind host. Please answer questions right away. Please send it to Coupang right away when you run out of detergent. I stayed really comfortably before heading out.

There was a gathering with friends, so I booked the accommodation in a hurry, but thanks to you, I had a really good time. It was right in front of the station, so transportation was convenient, and I was satisfied with the surrounding infrastructure.

Though it was hard to find at first, Jane’s location is very clean and it is what is described in the listing. It is near to the subway station which is a plus. The place is also secure, quiet and very private. It has an amazing view of Pangyo and it is near to a 24 hour convenience stores and 24 hour restaurants. A very good find indeed. Jane is also very responsive to our messages.

There were a lot of games in the accommodation and a CD player, so I didn't know how much time I had!! It was so clean and the interior was nice, so I was hanging out thinking that I wanted to live here. I'm one hundred and twenty percent willing to revisit!!

Wow, I've used Airbnb a lot, but it's really here. It was a satisfactory accommodation. It was neat and spacious, and the bed was so fluffy. The water in the bathroom came out well, and the water pressure was good. What was really, really nice was the bedding, but it was heavy, smelly, and big... I really wanted to ask where the mattress was from. It was enough that I wanted to steal it from the bedding and the whole mattress to the house lol And the refrigerator was very awesome, so it worked well. I put the lukewarm soju in the freezer for a while, but it became a slush. It was a great place to stay If I have to go to Anyang, I'll definitely book here again next time.

From check-in to use, the host guided us well, so 5 people stayed comfortably for 2 nights. It's not easy for many people to chop up the accommodation near Pangyo. There were 3 rooms and 6 beds, so I rested comfortably. There was a parking problem because it was a residential area, but it was convenient to be able to use the private parking lot because the host was considerate, and it was so nice that the water purifier and disposable items were perfectly organized inside. Apart from the fact that there are not many places to eat nearby, I highly recommend it.

The accommodation was chosen because there were many people visiting and there were many beds. There were plenty of places to lie down on the couch as well as the bed. The accommodation was on the side of the road, so it was easy to find, and I thought it would be safe at night. It was a little unfortunate for travelers with a lot of luggage because there was no elevator, but I was satisfied with the location because it was close to the whole chicken street and close to Suwon Hwaseong, and I was satisfied with the cleanliness and plenty of items provided in the accommodation. We had an amazing stay at the "tile-roofed house on a hill" in Suwon. The location is unbeatable — just a few stairs away from the Seojangdae Command Post, with a beautiful Buddhist temple next door. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and cozy, with a stunning view over the city center. We especially loved the traditional roof ceiling in the living area. Great Wi-Fi, easy check-in/out, and thoughtful amenities like an air purifier, high-tech water dispenser, and washer/dryer. The hosts were incredibly responsive (10/10!), and their detailed manual covered everything. Down the hill, cozy cafés and shops line the streets. A perfect stay!

The place is really nice, it is small but comfortable. The bus, mart, cafes and convenience store is really easy to access by foot. The SNU shuttle bus is also accessible after about 10 mins walking down the hill. The heater works well during winter and the air conditioning is great during summer. The bathroom is clean and there is a small window which is really nice. I stayed for almost 5 month and had a really great stay! Helena is such a great host too! My room does not have the microwave at first so i asked her and she prepared it for me right away and she also checked up on me most of the time asking me if i needed something during my stay.

I have stayed with this host at many locations it’s always an easy and comfortable stay. Will forever come back to stay with them :)
