We spent a weekend in the house. All very nice, excellent! We went with children and the house is well secured, all fenced, the solid glass and a safe staircase. They were very free to play. The highlight is leisure area. Gramado clean and truly heated pool, a delight. Rodrigo, Tânia and Mariana answered us quickly, with education and were ready to answer any questions or help with some eventuality. We want to go back and we recommend it for sure!

The amazing house, like the photos, perfect for leisure, even rainy days, has everything you need. For those who like to cook, the most complete kitchen I have ever seen, all possible utensils, even large professional pot for pasta. Everything impeccable, clean and organized. Super easy to identify the house, easy entrance, Daniela responded quickly, always friendly. The Clean Pool. For walking or driving to Pernambuco, which is one of the cleanest and most beautiful beaches on the coast. The forest next to it is bélissima, adds a breath-taking view. Certainly the most beautiful place I've ever stayed in. The quiet and safe condo has everything close by, be it supermarket or restaurants. Had enough ventilators in the room to make it pleasant in a warmth of 29th to 30th. I want to go back for sure !

Excellent accommodation, very beautiful, clean and has everything you need for a very comfortable and cozy stay. Everything was very clean and organized in the apartment. The Condominium is also wonderful. All the time we see employees cleaning the common areas and taking care of the gardens and swimming pools. At night, everything is well lit up. Spirits singing nearby are an additional touch to the venue. Maria Carla and Rodolfo are very helpful and friendly, from the moment of the reservation until the departure of the apartment, passing all the necessary information for a quiet stay. An enchanting experience! We stayed in the cabin and had incredible days! The space is extremely welcoming, with a romantic and cozy atmosphere. The whole town was clean, smells and organized. Indirect lighting makes the environment even more inviting, and there are several windows and doors that bring natural light and ventilation. The region is very quiet, excellent for resting and relaxing to the sound of birds. There is a supermarket nearby and we had all the support of Tomaz clarifying our doubts and helping us with the region. The structure is great, with everything working perfectly: fast wifi, sockets in great condition and no maintenance issues. The photos are already beautiful, but the live experience exceeds expectations! A place to relax and reconnect with nature. We can't wait to go back!

All according to description and photos. Clear, airy, organized, clean environments. Got it all! All practical and functional. Our family, loved. Everyone wanting to go back. The place is very easy to access and Clélia gave us information that made it even easier to get there without error. The accommodation is very good, all very clean and preserved. The kitchen is complete and features two refrigerators and a freezer to store drinks and cool faster. Good barbecue and a great barbecue with the family. The key point is the landscape, for those who like to enjoy it, I recommend and very much stay on the balcony watching the dam just ahead, it looks like a painting of so beautiful! Our stay was wonderful! The house is way better than the ad photos, super airy, wide and very tasty. Super equipped, kitchen with different appliances available. Pertissimo of the supermarket, which makes everyday life much easier. Extremely clean rooms, good quality bed and bathrooms and lots of smells!!! We chose to hire Amanda aside and it was great, a hand in the wheel and a sweetheart! Marcio was also very helpful and kind in all communication. The location and view of the beach is perfect, really foot in the sand! I highly recommend it!

We love our stay in this flat! Everything was impeccable: very clean, organized, with a super comfortable space that exceeded our expectations. Clean bedding, all very well sanitized and decorated in very good taste. In the apartment it has a dryer and washing machine, which helped us a lot because it is not necessary to take many pieces (only the ones on the beach). The apartment is at a point close to a mini mall and well-known supermarkets. The price of the products does not change much in relation to my city, so we went with few things. We bought everything there. The location is excellent, with the beach nearby and easy access, which made our days even more enjoyable. The attendance at the concierge — from the moment we arrived, all the staff were extremely polite and attentive. Always friendly, both on the exits and on the beach returns. We definitely want to come back more often! Thank you for providing a more than enjoyable experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this enchanting country house! The site is even more beautiful than the photos — surrounded by nature, with a super quiet atmosphere, perfect for resting and recharging. The accommodation is perfect! Don't even look for another, you won't be disappointed. I don't think I've ever stayed in an Airbnb that was so clean, all working so well, beautiful house, large rooms, well decorated. The location of the house is great, next to the juquehy mall, close to everything to do on foot. Just keep in mind that this corner of the beach has been the fullest but if it is not a feriadão, it will not affect. There is tent service on the beach, condominium is safe, well cared for, good swimming, good air conditioning in every corner of the house, good outdoor space with the barbecue, very private.

Monday of many times I will be back. The house is very delicious, air-conditioning in all rooms, heated pool, super structure for barbecue and kitchen. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms, all suite. The condominium is great, super good location. Gustavo is a super host, always willing. The house is always impeccably clean and needs ZERO maintenance! My favorite place on the North Shore. We were at the Vera residence with our two small children. From the beginning, we were very well oriented and with fast and active communication. The location is good, and the area is quiet, with good options nearby (a few minutes by car). The condominium is wonderful, with an excellent structure to rest and have fun, as well as the house, which offers a lot of comfort. Some small details made our stay even better, such as the total indoor air conditioning,a good barbecue area and the courtesy of the tent assembly service on the beach by the condominium.
