The large plot offers plenty of space for outdoor activities and barbecue evenings. Parking is available, even for larger vehicles. There is also an outbuilding on the property with a sauna and a basic gym.

You can reach Norrtälje town centre in 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot. Close to Kapellskär and excursions to Åland. Unfortunately, the house cannot be booked for parties.

The nearest lake is Erken, where there are several different swimming areas and scenic areas. At the cottage, there is a wood-fired sauna. There is good bus communication to, for example, Stockholm or Grisslehamn for day trips. Norrtälje city is also a nice excursion destination.
