The house is a few minutes' walk from Svaneke center and just a few steps from the Klippestien and overlooks Vigehavn. The house contains three bedrooms, one of which has two built-in junior beds - however, two single beds can be placed instead. The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private south-facing terrace. There is good insulation, district heating and a wood-burning stove and is therefore rented out all year round.

Hiking trails to Svaneke and Nexø right from the house. Lots of opportunities for exciting excursions in the area and a morning dip from the cliffs. We live in the main house - and love our place <3

Please note that there is no stove and hood. But there are good restaurants and take-aways nearby. The rent includes bed linen, towels, tea towels and internet.

The shower room, with underfloor heating and a toilet, is located in the basement and also has a large window overlooking the garden and the sea. From every part of the flat, you have a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea and the large garden. Everywhere in the garden there are beautiful places where you can linger.

Welcome to the old shop, the gamle shop We warmly welcome you to the pretty Aparthotel Bølshavn 9 and wish you a wonderful holiday on Bornholm. The gamle butik is a very comfortable house that is kept in a bright, friendly Scandinavian style. Spacious holiday apartment with lovely light located close to Hullehavn. Private kitchen (an oven and two hot plates) and bathroom as well as entrance. The garden is not accessible, but the harbor is a few minutes walk from here with access to the forest and playground for the little ones. We are a family of four (two children aged 7 and 9) who live next door, along with our cat.
