A very well-maintained and inviting bright home on 2 floors, there are 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor. Nice living room with new and well-maintained kitchen with access to 2 terraces, so you can have sun or shade all day. The holiday park offers a large free pool area, sauna, playground, football field, etc. A short walk along the beautiful cliffs and you are in Gudhjem town with all its shops and restaurants.

If you walk south along the water, you will pass the harbor, Svaneke Brød, the lighthouse and the harbor at Sydøst for Paradis, which is the island's nicest café, located on the beach between the rocks. Direct access to a very large, partially covered terrace with an awning, where there is garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. Nice house on Bornholm, outside Rønne, close to the ferry, plane, beach, golf club etc. The house has two floors. On the top floor there is a toilet, two bedrooms, a double bed, two single beds plus a cot, you have to go through one room to get to the other. The ground floor consists of an entrance bathroom, living room and a nice kitchen with access to a small courtyard with a barbecue. In addition, there is the resident-run kiosk 'Bixen' with short opening hours during the season.
