The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), a 1-minute walk from the swimming ladder at the harbor and a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is located in an unspoiled area with a fantastic view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christiansø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is allergy-friendly and pets are not allowed. The stay is without bed linen, towels, etc., but can be ordered in good time for DKK 200 per person

The house is a few minutes' walk from Svaneke center and just a few steps from the Klippestien and overlooks Vigehavn. The house contains three bedrooms, one of which has two built-in junior beds - however, two single beds can be placed instead. The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private south-facing terrace. There is good insulation, district heating and a wood-burning stove and is therefore rented out all year round.

Just outside the door to the east, the path runs along the water from Svaneke to Listed harbor. If you walk south along the water, you will pass the harbor, Svaneke Brød, the lighthouse and the harbor at Sydøst for Paradis, which is the island's nicest café, located on the beach between the rocks. Where there's a volleyball court and a diving board. If you need cozy walks, bathing in the water, this unique place is perfect

Relax in our unique Glass House. Enjoy the view of the fields and feel nature up close. Relax on the terrace and enjoy the evening in bed directly under the stars. The glass house is located 5-10 minutes by bike from the city, and 2 minutes from Brændegårdshaven. The house is for you who want a unique experience rather than luxury. There are duvets, but you must bring your own sheets and covers. The house is located about 50m from our other rental "The Pink Camper" and there is a shared camping toilet, campfire - but no bath.

Kitchen with everything you need. 1 large bathroom with shower, and a smaller bathroom with shower. 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 rooms with 2 single beds. Renovations are ongoing.

The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

The ground floor consists of a spacious dining room/living room with sofa bed (double bed). The 1st floor consists of kitchen, bathroom/toilet and bedroom with two beds. The apartment is ideal for 2-4 people with the possibility of extra beds for children, including the possibility of borrowing a baby bed.
