The cottage has a double bed, a sofa bed for two, a single bed and a child's bed. Within walking distance there is a swimming and fishing area, canoe trail, hiking trails, outdoor gym, electric light tracks, ski tracks, farm shop, grocery store and bus stop. By car, you can get to Carl-Larssongården, Bjursås ski centre, Nysjöns mountain cabin and Falu mine in half an hour.

The accommodation is maximized for 2 adults, but there is also room for 2 small children. Kitchenette equipped with hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. TV and Wifi. Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. We will charge a cleaning fee of SEK 200 for bed linen, etc. However, we expect you to do a fine cleaning before you check out.

It is located scenic with views of Borängetsjön and the forest into the knots and not far to Svärdsjö center with, among other things, ICA Supermarket and pizzeria. Sveden is an excellent starting point for art, culture, nature and sports experiences and no less than 65 excursions and sights are in Svärdsjö. Falun is reached in 20 min. Excellent for cycling and hiking

The village is located along Siljan, by car it takes 4 minutes to Leksand Sommarland, 8 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg.
