Charmigt korsvirkeshus, intill Ravlunda kyrka. Ravlunda är en by belägen mellan Brösarps backar och Kivik. Byn är omgiven av vacker natur och ligger ett par minuter från Haväng och badstrand. Huset har tre små sovrum samt ett kök med 6-8 sittplatser. Litet vardagsrum. Två av sovrummen har en dubbelsäng, det tredje och minsta sovrummet är möblerat med dagbädd/bäddsoffa. Liten toalett med dusch, Egen uteplats. Huset är friliggande men ligger nära ett större boningshus ( Ravlunda Prästgård),

Modern,cosy on the countryside still close to town

Fastigheten är omgiven av gröna fält och paddockar. Den fantastiska naturen runt huset är vacker och lugn oavsett årstid. Med endast fågelsång och två grannar på avstånd, ligger det säkert för en lugn vistelse. Men, ändå med närhet till buss, tåg, supermarket, allt på bara 5 minuter med cykel. Centralt, men exklusivt avskilt. Bra läge för både familjer(ej små små barn) och företagare med närhet till hela Öresundsregionen, och 2 flygplatser. Malmö Airport och Kastrup också på köravstånd.

Fräscht radhus på 106 kvm med trädgård! Nedanvåningen har en stor hall med förvaring, badrum och ett kök med stor kyl och frys samt allt man behöver för att laga mat. Bredvid finns en egen tvättstuga. Längre in finns ett allrum med stor soffa och TV. En trappa upp finns tre mysiga dubbelrum och ett badrum. Det ingår två p-platser på uppfarten. Quiet and beautiful accommodation on the border of Stenshuvud National Park. A spacious house for a couple, or a single traveller. Large bedroom, bright living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and sauna. Underfloor heating in all rooms. Protected location, surrounded by forest and pastures with sheep. The house has a smaller patio, and you have free access to our garden. You reach the sea via a half-hour walk through an enchanting forest.

Unique beach-house

A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. If you need a place to relax and enjoy the ocean, the luxery and the view in a exclusive environment, you have come to the right place.

This charming little Skåne cottage from the 1870s is secluded, surrounded only by fields. Perfect for a romantic weekend or a restful and eventful holiday week. The cottage is located in Österlen, just 10 minutes from Tomelilla, 20 minutes to Ystad, and 30 minutes to Kivik – ideal for exploring Österlen. Please remember to bring your own sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc., as we do not live permanently in Skåne and cannot manage this! A warm welcome!

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Njut av tystnaden på landet med närhet till hav o strand. Mysigt boende med gårdskänsla i lummig o grönskande trädgård med fri parkering. Fantastiska vandringsmöjligheter längs havet och kusten eller inåt land i det vackra skånska landskapet. Cyklar finns till utlåning. Flera mycket bra o fina restauranger finns inom cykelavstånd. Bra frukost är möjligt och beställs vid ankomst.

Helt nyrenoverad vackert inredd lägenhet med alla bekvämligheter, bäddad säng, en generös frukost väntar i kylskåpet till din första morgon i huset, som du kan inta på den fina uteplatsen om du vill. I huset finns allt man behöver för att vistas längre eller kortare tid. Städning efter din vistelse sköter vi. Veberöd ligger mitt i södra Skåne, så det är nära till Österlen, Ystad, Köpenhamn, Malmö och det mesta faktiskt!
