Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

From the house you have a panoramic view of the sea that is reached 100 meters below the plot (a road in between). The garden is fenced and is located on a corner plot. Balcony and fixed barbecue for charcoal. Play equipment in the garden, playhouse, seating area for children, sandbox, swing, several swings and rope ladders in the trees, baby swing. Parking with room for several cars. Train to Ystad and Simrishamn or Malmö/Copenhagen only a 5-minute walk.
